Serbian and Montenegrin parliament speakers have said the two countries should continue regional cooperation and inter-parliamentary exchange of experience.

What I've just written above is just as absurd as what I read in this article.

How deep must this particular Balkan rabbit hole go before anyone wakes up? And why should Serbia have to explain anything to these Montenegrins?

No doubt one day the parliamentary speakers of Šumadija, Vojvodina and Raška might have the same kind of meeting.

God help them when that happens.
