my advice to the Serbians are to return to their old ancient lands of krajina and have the Croatian government to build everything they had pre-war and all machinery and animals replaced if they were from the farms and to get autonomy are or special status for the region of krajina and be part of the government like they do know but in a bigger way and have own police in the majority areas and have the same rights and no prejudice against the people....the big one also is the passport since now they(Croatia) are in the EU and have to respect the rights of the Serbian people of krajina and the rest of Croatia...this is your big chance now........ oh, it looks like the Italians are moving on closer to their lands of Dalmatia and Istria, those lands were given to Yugoslavia and not Croatia now its their legal right to take back those lands since there is no Yugoslavia and it seems they have started ...so be wise like the Italians are....

What planet do you live on Bam Bam? There is no diversity in Croatia. Serbs are the largest minority and make up a mere 4% of the population, whereas before the war they made up close to 12%. The Serbs that were driven out by those civilized westernized Croats who are now part of the EU, know that if they return they will face major discrimination just as the Serbs do that remained there. The Croatians would like nothing better than to have the remaining 4% ethnically cleansed. In fact, the Croats do not want any minorities at all on Croatian soil. The racist attitudes of today's Croats are not far from those of the last independent state of Croatia, 1941-45. Europe will soon find out. Sad but true.

Either you are a liar, on drugs or have never been to Croatia. I know non-croats and those from mixed (Yugoslav) backgrounds in Zagreb and elsewhere. They still have to be careful what they say and to whom. The rest of what you say is an ignorant lie too, not only did Tudjman proclaim in tape recordings and carried in the croatian that he wanted all the croatian serbs gone, but Admiral Domazet produced fake serb krajina military orders to leave (badly spelled ones at that) - this was written about in the Feral Tribune almost ten years ago. It is sad that you get off repeating stone age croatian nationalist propaganda that has been debunked years ago.

The thing is that Serbs have no power in the EU, so his request/demand will fall on deaf ears.

I have Serbian family members living in Croatia which I visited last year. It was sad to see that an entire family had to change their religion from orthodox to catholic and give their children Croatian names (so as to not have Serbian sounding names)in order to live in peace and stop the constant oppression , threats and undermining. They were not accepted as what they were and were oppressed into changing things so they could live a normal life.
