Obviously the KP officer was a target, since he/she is loyal to Prishtina and not Belgrade.

More likely it was an Albanian attempt to cause an incident and then quickly blame the other side. Typical tactic that's been used for years by them.

One of the damaged vehicles belongs to a Serb member of the KPS, Tanjug said.

Obviously the KP officer was a target, since he/she is loyal to Prishtina and not Belgrade.
