Interim authorities set up in 12 Kosovo municipalities

The Serbian government established provisional institutions in 12 municipalities in Kosovo and Metohija, it was published in the Official Gazette.

So you're saying that Belgrade dissolved its parallel structures effective immediately? What about your "civil protection", MUP, other special forces (including paramilitaries)?
