I think all you Serbs owe a Public apology to the commenters on this sight.

All you have been doing for the last 20 or so years is talk about kosova this or kosova that (bad place, no laws , blah blah blah). And now this story comes out and you srb fanatics don't k ow how to react. This is the way we do things in democratic multi-ethnic societies. We here allegations , investagate for proof, press charges, and sentence criminals. In Serbia u guys make up stories( yellow house, missing ppl, etc) and never have any proof or anything else to show for it besides your emotional outbursts.

U guys need a govt like thaqi n co. When he's done fixing kosova maybe u guys should write him in in ur next election and he can fix Serbia too.

God bless democracy and rule of law.

Happy Easter , Christ is risen.

Nikolle, you look pretty pathetic trying to backpedal from your earlier assertions that there was no evidence of illegal organ extraction and black market profiting by Albanians. I guess Thaci's goons didn't kill all the witnesses. LOL. The Marty case is next Nikolle. Get ready, because you and your Albanian propagandists like Ardi Allsani will be made to look even more foolish than you already have. My suggestion to you Nikolle is to find a new hobby. You have lost all credibility blogging on a Serbian news outlet website. Maybe you can go play on a Kosovo website. Do your friends there know what the internet is yet? After all, they had extreme difficulty with the menial task of issuing license plates properly a few months ago. LOL

It is clearly different. How likely is that criminal ring paying peanuts for organs would suddenly take the opportunity to increase their profits by getting organs from free? No way that they would accept that.
(Razlike drasticn'e, 30 April 2013 21:38)

You mean like when the Serbian army extracted organs from Albanian children and threw their bodies in the Danube? There is an ongoing investigation and we have witnesses. Announcement will be coming soon. We have Doris Pack and Ulriche Lunacek working on it.

They should be put in jail for much longer then this.

Not surprised that some here are confused. This is different to the Marty case. Marty alleged that Serbs, Albanians and others were murdered FOR their organs. This conviction has to do with promising people money for their organs and then not paying. Good try though
(Nikolle, 30 April 2013 13:49)

it is a perfect example of perfect lie.

You take a true story, you take it out of a context and put it in a context of your designed lie.

That is what Marty did. Took this true story of 2008 and linked it with the defamatory story of 1999.

Then what you get is that some are genuinely confused other choose to be confused. The second are exclusively of Serb ethnicity.

It's disgusting that some garbage would lure individuals with promises of money and then extract organs to sell on the black market. Only in an Albanian run Kosovo could this happen. Does anyone think if the EU were not there that these criminals would be brought to justice? Of course they wouldn't have. (Daniel, 30. april 2013 11:57) It is the Kosovan Police which first became aware of it at Pristina Airport after a Turkish bloke fainted, this is where the investigation stemmed from which brought criminals to justice.

No, this conviction is about illegal organ transplants. Even if this Albanian organ mafia would have payed the people who they lured into getting their organs extracted, it would still have been illegal.

Unfortunately, these Albanian and Turkish 'doctors' wanted even more profit and didn't pay the $10,000, but kicked the persons out of hospital, still suffering from the operation.

Well, at least this ended up in world news. Most major news sources reported this yesterday. I wonder if they will eventually get the organ traffickers and I know from a very reliable source that organ extraction did happen in KiM.

However, knowing the US and EU, unless Serbia agrees to sell KiM, they will continue to cover it up.

Hi Daniel, the only criminal in here is you, and your favourite monopoly of gun legal gangsters!

Who do you think you are, to mingle between patients, doctors and donors?

Face it, you do not want justice, just some dung to clear out the ridiculous lies your elders pressure you to believe.

Any trade should be legal, as long as it is consenting between the party's, it is sad wounded communists who are the parasites in all interactions.

Anyway, I ant wait till one of you other criminal minds needs an organ transplant, and will need to rely to your communist healthcare system. Shalom to that, you deserve it!

Why are you insulting the US like that? True, we have our share of issues but it would be hard to have a "Medicus" in any city in my country. Further, the US has no interest in the EU, we are not even in Europe. Idiot, stop assuming where people come from.

Gotsefromohrid,
I have yet to see where anyone had denied that these crimes were committed at the Medicus clinic. However, most deny that there is a connection to the Serb allegations of organ harvesting by KLA in 1999.
An allegation that has yet to yield any credible evidence that it actually happened. And with the announcement that the investigation will be concluded by next year it is doubtful that the 3rd investigation into the allegations is going to yield anything either.
