Depends on the evidence. Anyone can be a suspect.

Yeah yeah, the evidence is they attempted to murder two non-Albanians so their punishment is being charged with attempted murder and their reward is to be released immediately, to give them a chance at succeeding next time. That is what "Kosvovahhh"* is all about.

Do you remember any murderers of Serbs and other non-Albanians being arrested? I don't.

Did you speak personally with Ergin Medić because he did not say in the news story that they were Albanians?

He doesn't need to. Since they were charged with attempted murder and then released it is fairly obvious who they are. In fact, this will be the last we hear about this case, which is the norm when Albanians kill or attempt to kill Serbs and other non-Albanians.

Any time a Serbs is accused, Albanians immediately release the identity.

Of course they were ethnic Albanians. Soon they will be rewarded for the attempted murder of two non-Albanians.

Did you speak personally with Ergin Medić because he did not say in the news story that they were Albanians? Not that it matters anyway. If person A stabs person B, I could not care less if A was a Serb, Albanian or Malaysian. Unless it acted in self-defence, A should be punished in accordance with the law.

“The two suspects have been released pending trial by the prosecutor even though they are suspected of attempted murder by the Kosovo police,” he told Tanjug.

So persons suspected of attempted murder are released after being questioned? Or are these only the usual scapegoats arrested by KPS, without any evidence? Funny state, this Kosovo.

'Depends on the evidence. Anyone can be a suspect.'

Facile comment bordering on stupidity. Did you bother to read the article, or were you picking your feet over a morning coffee.

Any civilised country that adheres to the rule of law would have remanded them in custody immediately until a trial date had been set.

Two suspects on a charge of attempted murder are released pending further investigation (presumably). We don't even know if they're on bail or not. Any civilised country that adheres to the rule of law would have remanded them in custody immediately until a trial date had been set. Particularly if it's a hate crime. And given Albanian run Kosovo's lamentable record on racist violence, I think it reasonable to assume that could be the case here too. The endless litany of ethnically driven crime in the territory is ample reason to sympathise with the Serbs, in wanting to have nothing to do with a regime in Pristina that's beyond the pale.
