That's news to me. We do get lots of floods and many people still die. What warning system are you speaking of, the Weather Chanel? That didn't help New Orleans residents in Katrina, did it?

I can understand that serbs in Kosovo and elswhere don't want anything to do with you. Instead of feeling sympathy for the girl you are looking for a scapegoat amongst the serbian population.
