Responsible countries in the Balkans quietly and responsibly took measures to solve their milk toxin problem quickly - and respecting EU standards that they agreed to adhere to. Only in Serbia, now several weeks later, is it still uncertain what the hell is going on. We have a clown agriculture minister drinking milk on TV, yes that was reassuring, claiming that milk was safe - a lie, and claims that real problem is that the opposition party is deceiving the public, and blowing matters out of proportion. He states that Serbia is in EU euphoria, and that we cannot meet their standards. Then the same minister pulls some milk from store shelves, but assures the people, the rest is safe. Then the competent minister, ex-jailbird, decides to raise the allowable toxic level 10 times higher, in order to save the dairy farmers, again, he claims the milk is safe. Independent studies from German labs show the milk is over the safe limits, in some cases, way over, yet again the minister says the milk is safe. In the mean time, the toxin result sent by Mr. Minister are still pending, 3 weeks later. There are manta events that also went on, that are too long to mention. So here we are, 6pm, March 6, and still no results from Holland, but the minister states, the milk on the shelves is safe. Fellow commentators, welcome to the political world of Serbia. Do you now get an idea of what living is Serbia is like, and the types that are running this country?

Test results from Holland and Germany show that the milk samples go way over the limit but still the milk from the region is among the best in Europe. Do these people even understand the most basic of toxicity and risk assessment?
