Kosovo is far from a reality, in fact it dosent matter what they agree in bruxelles since the kosovo serbs never ever will accept being a part of an independent kosovo. They will need to murder all of them for it to happen.

The serb population is Kosovo is about 5%, and those 5% want to dominate the rest. Very strange concept, and certainly not a democratic way of looking at the overall picure. Serbs want to be able to have the power to dominate 95% of the population of Kosovo, which are Kosovo-Albaniens. How twisted is that? Anybody in his right mind will agree that this plan has nothing to do with democracy, It simply is a continuation of the old serb thinking and of the way Miloseciv acted and treated Kosovo all along.

"...I have nothing to ask of Egypt or any other country in the world. I can only ask that you respect the reasons, the evidence that Serbia is presenting, which is completely on the side of Serbia," the president said in the interview.
I hope you're not referring to the International Court of Justice's opinion, because as far as I remember, it wasn't on the side of Serbia.

President wants Serbian arguments "taken into account"
The only argument that countries that have not recognized Kosovo yet should take into account is: If serbs don't want to live in the same country with their serb brothers, no other ethnicity should be forced to live under serbs. Case in point Montenegro.

Kosovo is a reality, and no matter how many one sided platforms he will write, it won't change the facts on the ground.

If you go back about 6 months ago one of my posts predicts this. They will drop their objections by saying we don't recognize Kosovo but they have the right to be. And guess what it's happening lol

Willy you are right. For the serbs however it will still take a while until the wake up from their dreams and face reality.

What is he talking about? Did he have too much slivovitz again?
The so-called 'platform' hurt Serbia big time, and was just a last minute attempt to change reality. It listed maximum demands and tried to disguise those as a solution to a problem. Nobody in his right mind would agree with it, and as the discussion showed it was controversial amongst Serb politicians. Nicilic's blabbering sounds as if he realized that he manovered Serbia into a dead-end street. It is time for Serbia to finally face reality and start a new and better understanding between itself and its neighbors. Kosovo is a reality, and no matter how many one sided platforms he will write, it won't change the facts on the ground.

Serbia should not be forced to recognize Kosova. I don't believe in forcing someone to do something. However, I still believe that Kosova and Serbia should recognize eachother soon. This will ensure a lasting peace in the Balkans. It's only a matter of time before Kosova is in the UN and EU. Serbia will have to accept the reality. War changes things - NATO helped us get Kosova just like Russia helped Serbia get Vojvodina. That's reality.

He really confuses me. Asking others to NOT recognise because he will never recognise their independence, while simultaneously saying Serbia DOES recognise.
I mean, if you say: "Through that resolution we recognize Kosovo as a specific territory, accept that they have the president, the government, the Constitution, the police and soon the army, but that the Serb community also lives in that territory", then you are basically saying Serbia HAS given the green light to secession, or am I missing something here?
Whatever??? Let's have elections and get someone SANE to run this country.
