This kangaroo court was set up by The Great Satan to circumvent the UN Security Council because whatever is not acheived there, Satan will resort to other means only to impose its will. What about Clinton and Albright, they are the authors of the whole thing, what do they deserve?

I did not know that Russia, which took the initiative and set up this Court and approved its judges, is the Great Satan! Careful there mate... according to these forums Russia is Serbia's greatest friend :)

The summary obviously wasn't good enough and neither were the details because there were no details because there was no evidence. He still can't articulate why it was Generals Gotovina and Markac that should be found guilty of anything. Excessive shelling, seriously? The prosecution showed they had nothing just by the fact they added that to the indictment. It was proven that it was the police who were responsible for maintaining law and order right after the Croatian territory was returned to Croatia in Operation Oluja and the police testified they didn't have the manpower to stop the number of looters. The Croatian military as everyone knows was already liberating Bosnia and in eastern Croatia on the verge of defeating the serbian military in Banja Luka and returning Vukovar to Croatian control. Everyone knows what would have happened next, the battle would have been brought to milosevic in serbia itself and belgrade would have suffered war firsthand. Serbs bad mouth the USA and NATO a lot on here, but it was the USA and NATO who restrained themselves for years from punishing serbia and it was the USA who saved serbia by stopping Croatia's advance with the Dayton peace accords. So the fact is 99.9% of the criminals in the Hague should be serbs and consider yourself fortunate that only a few high profile serbs were arrested when there should have been thousands more, and kiss the feet of the USA, NATO, Croatia, and Bosnia for showing you mercy for your horrific crimes.

One of General Gotovina's attorney's, Luka Misetic, on his blog offers a clear and sober explanation that is devoid of hyperbole why he thinks the appeals court acquittal was correct and why the reasoning behind the minority opinion of the two dissenting judges is a misinterpretation of the law. For this 1,300 page in the Hague inosent Serb earn 1300 yr of jail.
