Croat/Alb War Criminals = Former-club bouncers, degenerates at a young age, zero-education, and thugerry.

I am a little confused, are you saying that when it comes to slaughtering innocent men, women and children, having an education makes you a little bit better person than those with less education??

There was a Serb pilot jailed in Italy (for shooting down UN helicopters in BiH - or was it Croatia?) who was handed over to Serbia on the government's assurance that he would complete his sentence in a Serbian jail. A Serbian court quickly ruled that under Serbian law he should be freed, and so he was. So much for sending Serbian war criminals back to Serbia to serve their sentences at home. (Another poster has the relevant Biblical quotes below.)
No actually those accused for crimes in Bosnia should serve their sentence in Bosnia, those for Kosovo in Kosovo and so on. This way everyone will make sure that each of those criminals will be punished for what they did.
Nobody trusts Serbia anymore :)
