Nothing new, nothing to offer except demands. Same old blandishments. An apology for what they have done to Serbia would have been nice, but not holding my breath. Brits arent like they used to be, used to be fair, or at least tried to be.

Hague, who was in both Priština and Belgrade on Thursday, presented to Serbian officials "the next steps Serbia should take to convince the EU in its commitment to good relations with neighboring countries".
Next steps Serbia can achieve in the short term include implementation of agreements reached with Priština, removal of "parallel security structures in Kosovo", and "transparency of parallel structures of healthcare and education", he said.

While in Belgrade, he met the President Tomislav Nikolić, Prime Minister Ivica Dačić and First Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Aleksandar Vučić.

Can't wait for, Cathrin Aston & Hillary Clinton's demands of Serbia, in the following week... It definatly looks like this is the last straw for Serbia!

CG,
You should go live in Russia and enjoy the average citizens living standards

What does that have to do with anything? The reason why Serbia's orientation toward Russia makes more sense than the EU is because of not only common political interests, but the economies are still more similar than it could ever be with Western Europe.

No matter where the Balkan countries turn, you can't just assume by allying with any powerful ally, your living standards will somehow mimic theirs. You pick where it most makes sense economically, politically and militarily but regardless, the people themselves have to do the work.

It's obvious, turning to Russia (&Israel) and joining the Eurasian Union is essential for our very survival. Allying with Western gov'ts will do us no good. Western businesses will invest as long as internally Serbia becomes a better investment location which it can be. But the work needs to be done by Serbs.

Serbia should stop following the poison prescriptions of the west. They have Serbian blood on their hands. They are not to be trusted. Stay free of the EU like Switzerland and many other successful countries.

@CG!

He went to Russia and ,Putin asked for recognision of SO and Abkasia in return of the russian loans.

If Serbia does recognise SO and Abkasia will commite suicide, coz it will weaken its argument toward Kosovo, alianate EU(which will reintroduce visas for real) and USA,and made Georgia and others to recognise Kosovo.
So the real pertnership as you suggested is simply impossible and Nikolic knows that very well as he knows that Russia will not help Serbia in case when NATO gets involve.Thats why Putin left Balkans for good.

The UK FM has delivered the next steps Serbia has to go, removal of Serb institutions in Kosovo and "first steps" with new agreements, what only means, these are not agreements: these are unilateral steps

To Nikolic & Dacic:

Simply ignore Westerners and turn towards Russians faster:

We need a strategic partnership with Russia,a real one which would include penetrating its market, lobbying for our interests in the world community and of course establishing a Russian nuclear base in Serbia!
With Westerners wanting to install a missile defense shield this would be the perfect opportunity to turn Serbia into a Russian fortress!

After that we would have a much stronger hand in negotiating with anybody!

All deals with Albanians should be ignored and not implemented!
There is no dealing with fascists!

Its' funny that Hague is talking such smack when his own country is likely to have a EU membership referendum in the next year. It's all blah blah blah, no one takes these wankers seriously.
