Dear me Tim you are a pitiful individual. I don't know who you are or where you're from, but you really ought to take a long hard look at yourself in the mirror pal. Cheap point scoring when some are trying to reflect on a sombre occasion. You should be ashamed.

Tim

I will assume you are a german, you believe we have forgotton what your murderous NAZI regime did to our schoolkids, you are greatly mistaken and we will never forget not for then or for now. You people are as arrogant as you were in the 40's thinking that you are superior to the rest of Europe, remember what the rest of Europe did to Germany back in the 40's, be careful you have obviously not learned your lesson and history has a nasty habit of repeating itself.

Wow, crocodile tears at all and now are there opinions that Merkel should visit Kragujevac. Why should they do so after Tadic, Nikolic and Dacic are kissing the shoes of the German government, and this after the Kosovo-war? The Serbs have no knowledge about their status in Germany. Just this weekend the leading TV-channel broadcasted a movie with a "former Serb general" (now in Germany) as brutal killer. ever in such a movie any "Albanian" would be presented in this position. To be honest, in Serbia Kragujevc and Jasenovac are among the young generation forgotten. And this is the problem of schooling and media in Serbia, not abroad.

The Massacres at Kragujevac and the surrounding area including Kraljevo were the most dreadful episodes of the German occupation. Schoolchildren and their teachers were rounded up mid lesson and murdered. It is notable therefore that the German ambassador attended this commemoration. Especially given that the Germans have done all they can to frustrate Serbia over Kosovo. The ultimate symbol of German contrition would be Merkel's attendance at a requiem in Kragujevac.
