The EU commission is EU`s most powerful structure. No document from EU commission leaves the EU offices if not approved by all(!) members which includes thorough discussion. I did not hear from a single EU country which objected that statements. So spare us with the spinning..

It is written in Word and can be changed in 2 minutes. But it looks like some dirty deal is being done behind the backs of the Serbian people.

No deal should be done on Kosovo. If Kosovo is surrendered then the Germans, Austrians and British enemies of Serbia will turn their efforts to Vojvodina and Raska.

We will soon hear about the sad plight of the Vojvodinians and Sandjakians.

Serbia should be in no hurry to join the failed EU. Let Kosovo continue as it is. Kosovo Serbs should be protected and Albanian gangsters allowed to rot in a dungeon of their making.

I can guess WHO, but let us hear it from pro Serb camp. Now, even top Belgrade officials are admitting that , they can do anything about it, to change the wording on the text.

Nothing is impossible. The EU does not want to change the wording . This means that the EU story of Kosovo's neutrality status is just an empty talk.

Not every official document is as easily changed as the Serbian Constitution. I am sure that one(or more) added the wording maybe at the last minute, but BEFORE approval from the entire Commission.

Anyway, what other unusual experiments have you and your outfit done with pigs lately.

A referendum on this matter would clear things up. In ex Yugoslavia Kosovo enjoyed a degree of autonomy, just like Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, etc. These 'break-away' republics now have their independence. Because Kosovo is not a province of Serbia but an autonomous region the people of Kosovo have the right to self determination if they choose so. Serbia, by suppressing the right to choose, is in direct conflict with with its own constitution. Under the Serbian constitution the government has a duty to protect the human rights of all its citizens, including Kosovars.
