A commemoration was held on Thursday for Maj. Goran Savić at the Serbian Army Air Force and Air Defense headquarters in the Belgrade municipality of Zemun.

1 soul lost. Alas... Maj. Goran Savic perished doing What he does well and undeniably loved. He SAVED souls on the ground due to his expertise and knowledge. This Disaster could have been SO much worse. Yet Family and Friends, Coworkers and fans have lost a beloved life HERE! Have some Respect.

Someone has died in a completely non-political related incident, why do you have to steer this into some sort of debate? Show some sensitivity and respect, or don't comment.

Look who's talking! Braking a window or simple theft of metal is non-political issue either, but you guys tend to make it look like it is, if that happens to a Serb in Kosova.

I live in a residential area in Florida and there are military jets flying overhead all the time but its nice to see Lenny taking a break from worshipping at Pavelic's grave to make another dumb comment B92 keep posting this buffoon he is good for a daily laugh.As far as the pilot is concerned condolences to his family.May his sould rest in eternal shalom

Savić died on Wednesday while test-flying a V-54 Lasta, after the training aircraft crashed into a residential area just northwest of Belgrade. Strange why was he flying a test aircraft over residential areas. Some very serious inquiry should take place not just some words of platitudes and then the incident swept under the rug.
