If your idea of peace is based on snatching someones elses territory and then demanding that Serbia accepts it without hesitation then what presedent does that set for the rest of the world. The question here is not about recognizing Kosovo or not. Its about standing up for something that is wrong. It is wrong to take Kosovo away from Serbia without taking into consideration the murdering of serbs, the burning of their homes and churches. Accepting an independent Kosovo is accepting the mass expulsion and killing of serbs. Even if the cost for Serbia is to stay out of the EU its worth it as long as Kosovo is in limbo.

Secondly, I am not quite sure what you are trying to say. Are you saying that Serbia should, after more than one and a half millennium history in KiM, just walk away and give their land and history to the Albanians? Do you not see something wrong with that request? Regardless of America's and the EU's nation-building project in South East Europe, KiM will always, understand, always, be a part of Serbia. No one can erase that. It is like erasing Mecca from Islam, or Jerusalem from Judaism. It will not happen. Would it not be wiser to talk, negotiate, and find a solution to all the peoples that have a history in KiM, than to try and rip that land away from the Serbs? In a lot of ways the internet is wonderful. One downfall is that you can find as article newsclip, video or something supporting any view on any subject you want to take. But that does not mean it is accurate, truthful, serious, or credible.
What you do have is UN resolution after resolution outlining the situation in Kosovo and Serbia in 1998-1999, you have case after case at the Hague legally documenting the crimes, you have Marty's report which states the brutality documented by Serb forces and them being universally accepted as fact.
So find your little articles and such but it is not going to change history.

Countries much larger, and with stronger economies are on the verge of collapse, and members of the EU, so you really think that Brussels is eager to take Serbia under its wings. If Serbia really wanted membership, it would have relinquished KiM, been better in cleaning up corruption, and installed a pure western leaning government - the opposite has happened.

No matter how the want to spin it, a fully independent Kosovo under albanian rule will never function correctly if it even gets to that point.

We know very well which is Kosovo border. The problem you have dear is that from 13 years you cannot send a single policeman or custom office man in your constitutional southborder. You are the only state in the world (including Kosova) that cannot do this.

Listen to me pal, the US is the one country behind all the crap in the Balkans and everywhere else but here is something you should understand mister. The US is going broke no matter what they tell you. There are megga problems in the USA and their own citizens are suffering, the US government try to hide these facts. They will have a very big problem sooner or later in the US and won't have the means to try and dominate the rest of the planet let alone KOSOVO. You can poo poo this as much as you like but it doesn't change the fact that this is the reality. The US is heading for a war between themselves and anyone who cannot see this coming is a fool. They don't give a damn about Albanians or Serbs not even their own people. What I am saying will become evident to all the world soon enough. My advice to Albanians in Kosovo is this, start to treat the Serbian people decently and properly, stop your murders and persecution of them or face the day when your US friends are no longer there for you to hide behind. You know what the consequences will be if you continue on the path that you are now on. Change course and do what is right, if you don't all of this evil will come back upon your own heads a thousand fold. The choice is yours Albanians.

In a lot of ways the internet is wonderful. One downfall is that you can find as article newsclip, video or something supporting any view on any subject you want to take. But that does not mean it is accurate, truthful, serious, or credible.
What you do have is UN resolution after resolution outlining the situation in Kosovo and Serbia in 1998-1999, you have case after case at the Hague legally documenting the crimes, you have Marty's report which states the brutality documented by Serb forces and them being universally accepted as fact.
So find your little articles and such but it is not going to change history.

Serbia rejects "any kind" of Kosovo's independence !

What Serbia rejects and what Germany tells it to do are 2 different things...For the Serbia to continue to say 'NO' to the all mighty powerful Germans will in the end economically be the death of the Serbian nation. People can't live off 300 Euro's a month in Serbia for to much longer. Bow or die !
