Mile,

In case the responsibilities of a rally organizer in Serbia follow the line of common European standard, it's exactly the rally organizer on whom lies the responsibility to point safe areas for spectators and to observe that no audience enters beyond that area. As well it's the responsibility of the organizer to supply needed medical care on the spot and transportation (ambulances) to hospitals, if needed.

In this accident it is rather obvious that the organizer didn't do what it should have done. Your motives to deny this smell bad.

Also, the parents who allowed their kids to stand beside a raceway should be charged for endangering the lives of their kids.

The organizer didn't force anyone to stand beside the road, they made that choice by them selves. If the legal system didn't do anything to prevent them from standing there, it is culpable not the organizer.

This is a pure communist era charge.

These are things to be settled between the victims, their families their lawyers and the lawyers of the organizer.

A proper government and legal system would have looked into this and figured out how to prevent such accidents from happening.

Why didn't the police prevent people from standing beside the road? The organizer didn't own the road or the field beside it, he might have gotten permission, but anything short of him physically preventing police from doing their job is not a crime.

The people who decided to lay the charges on the organizers should lay charges on the PUBLIC SAFETY OFFICIALS (GOVERNMENT AND POLICE) who allowed those people to stand in a field beside a raceway.
