EULEX prosecutor Charles Hardaway remanded late Monday Aleksandar Bulatović suspected of a war crime during the 1999 clash in Kosovo to custody for 15 days.

It isn't going anywhere! There's not a shred of evidence, no proof, no credible testimonies, not even a list of victims. Dick Marty has been silent since he published the report, ask yourself why? He's even been delaying testifying in the court of law.

Eulex is on orders not to go after any Albanian suspected or accused of any crime. If any Albanian is prosecuted and found guilty, especially a public figure, it would put the West, i.e. USA/Germany, in a very bad light. As they would be seen as promoting criminals - which they are, by the way. It would be very bad press, and would weaken their hand in KiM.
Interesting, they find someone on suspicion from 1999 but not one person for crimes committed against the Serbs and Serbian children much closer to today.
