Sorry, nobody already said so. Some quotes or links for your claims, maybe?

What you say is true in that there are many many things said by many many people who are not in a position to dictate the official position of the government.
Most official stands are that "recognition" is not a requirement but that the conflict with Kosovo (which will include status resolution) must be solved. So the issue is that Serbia cannot enter while claiming Kosovo as a province "IF" Kosovo is still claiming independence and is supported by these individual countries.
We are talking about Serbia's entrance not Kosovo's so the position of the 5 is not relevant, it is achieving a consensus on the postion with the 22.
Some may interpret this to mean recognition but it is not technically but one does have to admit that the possibilities are somewhat limited

"Germany, France and the UK already said that they will not vote in favor of Serbia joining up without recognition of independent KiM. "

You're hiding behind your little finger:
EU does not request Serbia to recognize independent KiM, but
all countries have to agree for a new country to join the union.
Germany, France and the UK already said that they will not vote in favor of Serbia joining up without recognition of independent KiM.
I suppose same will be true for Holland, Croatia and others.
The road to European integration is a dead end road !
Only Kostunica is honest enough to say that clearly !

When "revealing" the truth to Serbian people the first point of interest will be pointing the blame to previous government where the current prime minister was a deputy prime minister.....what a mockery! And the next government will blame the current government.....
