RS president criticizes Serbia’s EU, Kosovo policy

So why did he endorse Tadic as president during elections? It was Tadic leading us to our third class boarding on the Titanic.

This is a rather ambiguous statement by a statesman a held to be the most realistic in the region. First of all, he embraced Tadic who is actually responsible for the policy towards Kosovo Dodik mentions.
He also puts the Serbias Eruopean path into question, whereas he does not reject the EU integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an integration among countries that would rather see Republika Srpska abolished.

Mr. Dodik..mind your own country. Leave us alone...Let me remind you that one of strongest supporters of ex Serbian President is nobody else but you. And that same guy (Tadic) was one and only responsible, for his guidance to his "soldiers", for giving away Kosovo to Tachi. So...keep off our business and mind your own.

what a comparison. Mladic is accused of presiding over the worst massacre on European Soil since WW2. Thaci is accused of election fraud and corruption (even Marty has not implicated Thaci in his allegations). at this point i will tell you I detest Thaci, but seriously, perspective. i challenge you to name a Thaci crime on the same level as Srebrenica, you can't.

Dodik has become like the boy who cried wolf too many times. In the end people stopped listening the boy.

Steven just to correct. His name is Thaci other then Tachi. This person has the heavy majority support from people of Kosovo. He is hero at his home country. well for the minority's it may be he is a criminal?? but who cares any way. you can't make every one happy as long as the majority is happy and support him he should be in good position. this so called RS. I asume they call ''Serbian Republic''in Bosna Dodik Mladic,Karadjic (miss spelled)is made from crime and murdouros genocide. What can Dodik tell about Kosovo?

It's the old divide and conquer principle at work and Dodik knows this, but can't do a thing about it. His little fiefdom will also soon dissolve. You don't believe it? If it can happen to the CCCP/USSR, it certainly can happen to Serbia and RS. And, we all thought Feta cheese was Greek! It is such a fine day, no!

Dodik is a clever man. To bad the same can't be said about the politicians in Belgrade. Belgrade is dumb enough to think they can have Kosovo and EU membership. Strangely enough Dodik is one of few politicians who realize this. EU will bring Serbia to the doorstep and then say "recognize in order to join". Serbia can't have it both ways. Serbia need to take the same position as RS. Go east!

Read an article that the EU is returning Kosovo roma to Serbia instead of Kosovo, even thought most EU states recognized Kosovo independence. And stupid politicians in Belgrade are accepting these roma instead of sending them back to Sweden, Germany etc or to Kosovo where they belong. Serbia has become the crash can of the balkans. Serbian politician are a dissgrace. This new Serbian government is no better then the last one. To bad Dodik can't clone himself. We need more people like him.

There are two realities that could not be changed except by a bloody war that nobody wants. Kosovo will never be a part of Serbia and Republic of Srpska will never be a functional part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. After the accepting those realities a peace could be easily settled. There are of course some minor problems, Northern Kosovo, Presevo Valley, Brcko corridor, but they could be ironed out if the grand realities are acknowledged. Than there is the question of the Albanians in Macedonia, but the former prime minister Ljupco Georgievski had a brilliant idea to exchange territories with Albania in ratio greatly favorable to the Albanians, but saving Macedonia from being a two national country. All that will remain to be dealt with is the future of the Muslim-Croat Federation and there is no other option than eventually attaching it to Croatia (with some degree of local self rule for the non-contiguous Muslim regions). That is how the Balkans will look eventually. The question is whether it will be reached the easy way, or the hard way.

We could see in the last 'democratic' election what kind of 'majority' this person has. He is a Albanian hero for the same group of people who consider Mladic a Serbian hero.

Funny that Serbia is broke but your rich Croatia cannot even afford to buy medicine for its hospitals on the Adriatic such as in Dubrovnik and this is causing a crises for the tourist industry or what’s left of it. Try watching your Croatian TV a little bit more and stop worrying about Serbian kitty.
