The Montenegrins would not dare do this crap in their own cities - blowing up, street shooting, whatever the choice of execution of rival CG mafia clan members - because the Russians in CG would kick their asses for doing that kind of violence there. The Ruski's bought CG for peace and quiet, and good investments, and aim to keep it that way. Just make sure all these CG crooks have a "borovacka" receipt, that is the most important. You wouldn't want the Serb government being cheated out of that reciprocal tax.

You couldn't be farther from the truth. Russian's have nothing to do with Montenegro mafia or keeping the peace and quiet. You pulled that out of thin air and support those assertions with nothing. Its obvious what it is. Serbia has their own "Serbian mafia" and Montenegro has their own "mafia". Naturally, mafias work together in crime to make money(its all about the money), when relationships sour, violence is used to settle scores. Belgrade is a natural environment for mafias of both Montenegro and Serbia to hangout in and do business. Belgrade is chosen as a place to do business simply because there are more people there and less attention will be drawn to ones activities. Do your homework before you make silly claims that are not supported by facts.

You do your homework too, captain. When is the last time you were on the CG coast? Are you going to tell me that it is not predominantly Russian? These CG mafia scoundrels are running like rats from a sinking ship, trying to move their activities to BG, because CG, and the Russians, are not having it.
