I would say that it is up to B92 what type of forum this is. If they do not like what Albanians say they have the power to not print or edit comments but then that would tend to make them just another ultranationalist propaganda tool and apparently they wish to retain their Serbian roots but become an internationally respected news agency.
Punch in Google news on any subject and see how many Serbianna sources are listed.

pre 11 godina

Is this some sort of a forum for Albanians to keep crying about how they have been "mistreated" in the past and how everything they want and do is totally normal and due to them...some sort of propaganda constantly justifying keeping minorities in ghettos, unable to provide safety and justice but pretending to not understand why would serbs in the north not want to be part of "THAT THING".

Saying that because it is so repetitive "we've been treated like this...like that and so now we can do this do that ,to Serbs who deserve to live in ghettos now and if they don't like kosov-A (which is Serbia) then they should go home to Serbia (which they already are in Serbia...pffffff

Dardan, your sarcasm does not justify the manner in which KPS behave. The KPS do not have the right to seize people's property, and behave like hooligans.
(Ecoman, 21 June 2012 12:21)

Of course, and KPS did neither… but whoever feels otherwise is free to sue them
----------

Why should they change license plates if they don't recognize Prishtina authorities?
(aaayyy, 21 June 2012 13:23)

Because it does not matter whether they recognize or not Prishtina authorities; for that matter it does not even matter if Prishtina authorities exist or not. Kosovo is under UNMIK administration and Kosovo residents can only have plates issued by UNMIK or authorities delegated by UNMIK to do so. But if somebody wants to link everything in life (including eating) with recognition of Prishtina authorities, it’s that somebody’s fault if he/she starves :)
----------

But majority of population in Serbia is Serbian and therefore they (Kosovo Albanians, which are citizens of Serbia too) must accept that.
(aaayyy, 21 June 2012 23:12)

Vary valid point; unfortunately Serbia disagrees; they don’t consider Kosovo Albanians citizens of Serbia as demonstrated by the fact that they are not included in the voter’s list for Serbia’s elections and referendums. You are free though to convince Serbia to consider Kosovo Albanians Serbia’s citizens, starting with the vote for Serbia’s Constitution, and certainly they’ll accept the laws deriving from that Constitution.

"Ljubinko Todorović, president of Humkos, a human and minority rights organization, said that Kosovo police had no legal grounds to seize from Serbs the new Serbian license plates that had initial letters of Kosovo cities inscribed on them, and were found inside the vehicle."

Of course, police in Serbia has no legal ground to do that, but in Kosovo it's UNMIK that is in charge so only plates issued to Kosovo residents by UNMIK or authorities delegated by UNMIK are valid. Ljubinko need to be reminded that 1244 is still in force and UNMIK in charge in Kosovo, not Albanians, Serbs or somebody else.

But, Mendo. Serbs do not accept Albanian authority. What is the solution? Should the Serbs be forced to accept Albanian rule? Is that democratic?
(Ecoman, 21 June 2012 13:24)

Yes, It is very democratic. The majority of population in Kosovo is Albanian and therefore they (Serbs) must accept that. Kosovo Government has been very tolerant in this issue of the plates, by offering the free plates for Serbs only which is a very positive discrimination. The implementation of the law on plates was delayed enough.

According to the will of the majority of Kosovo population, Kosovo is independent and therefore the government is expected to implement this will. Your opinion is irelevant.

"Kosovo police had no legal grounds to seize from Serbs"
Well, the so called state of Kosova* has no legal grounds to exist!

Lets not even mention the legal issues of having a prime minister (Thaci) who is a former terrorist, organ trafficker and gangster.
(Kosova* is illegal, 21 June 2012 11:14)

Very valid points... feel free to make UNMIK and its superior, the UNSC, aware of that :)

Why should they change license plates if they don't recognize Prishtina authorities?
(aaayyy, 21 June 2012 13:23)

Because it does not matter whether they recognize or not Prishtina authorities; for that matter it does not even matter if Prishtina authorities exist or not. Kosovo is under UNMIK administration and Kosovo residents can only have plates issued by UNMIK or authorities delegated by UNMIK to do so. But if somebody wants to link everything in life (including eating) with recognition of Prishtina authorities, it’s that somebody’s fault if he/she starves :)
