License plates agreement “does not apply to north”
Belgrade team chief Borislav Stefanović says that according to the freedom of movement agreement Serbs in northern Kosovo do not have to use Kosovo plates.

the republic of serbia has no authority of any kind whatsoever within kosovo. yes, this is what un1244 that serbia still clings to that was always quite clear on. Serbian law is irrelevant.
there is only kosovo...the "north"... violent thugs notwithstanding, is not a separate territory.
any authority or law Serbia fancies itself as having is purely imagined and has no relevance. NONE.

there is no painting involved...there has not been one single agreement that has not ended with Serbian delusions and and outright hysterical reinterpretations to fit.
all these problems DO stem from the fact that serbia thinks the last few decades have not happened.
that YOU seem to be very uncomfortable regarding serbias hysteria, is no reason to take it out on kosovo.
your need to paint kosovo as being "just as bad"...is quite transparent.
there is still responsibility to be had..and lies squarely on serbia.

No, simply Serbian Law as agreed in the discussions and now simply trying to be implemented. Do you honestly believe that Belgrade would have included the North in any such agreement? Come on now, wake up to the reality of the situation. Your proof seems to be a quote from a newspaper??? Of course we all know that we should believe everything we read in newspapers!
Seems just like if there are some commentators here,which have for sole purpose to constantly paint the Serbs in a negative ...very negative fashion.Seems like that somebody is "working" at it...
Geee i think i will stop reading these comments and statements,like if we had to receive some kind of lessons on who is righteous and never cheats and so on...like we have to read that many problems stem from the only fact that Serbs are bad...and what Albanians of Kosovo are suppose to be ? A great, advanced, very democratic,JUST, humane and tolerant example of a nation with exemplar war criminals and mafiosos at the command ??? Ho my !
And ho yeah...Wesley Clark is such a great mind that he even wrote a book..i am surprised he did not ALSO receive a NOBEL prize....

Then keep in mind these Albanian subterfuges for future negotiations and demand extra penalties for violations. If we cant get basic honesty from them, its high time to threaten to leave negotiations because the outcome will always screw us over

"Particularly the part referring to the so-called freedom of movement according to which we are obliged to have Kosovo IDs, license plates, etc.," Ristic said.
That's what he says, strange .... I rather trust the EU, and if they are saying that this is the case, than it sounds as if Serbia is comming up with its own interpretation once more. Serbia simply isn't a reliable parter, and breaks any agreement it ever signed. It is time to put a lot of pressure on Serbia, and make it cristal clear, that they better stop, or forget any cooperation with Europe. And that with all consequences, if they want to go on like that, than no more money from Europe, and in case that happens, Serbia will go down very fast. I till sink like a rock.....
