Former Libyan minister found dead in Danube

Former Libyan PM and Oil Minister Shukri Ghanem was found dead in the Danube River in Vienna, Austrian police have said.

Two "murders" in Vienna. Police must have their hands full especially with dismembered body of 57 year old Serb.
This one in the river it may or not be a foul play, but the other one is clear cut why it happened.Just need to connect the dots.
