I am sure the reason Seselj released the names of potential witnesses against him (thus his 2 contempt of court citations) was merely so that his associates could send them happy thoughts!

'Vekarić noted that more witnesses in other cases - 41 in all - were either killed or died in various ways, but that the Hague Tribunal denied these deaths were related to the war crimes trials where they testified.'

All the more reason for all Serbs not to recognize this anti-Serb NATO run kangaroo court, whose sole purpose is to put on show trials for the ignorant masses and cover up the war crimes of NATO leaders and their proxies.

Yes, the idea is good, but for leaving the past behind, it's necessary that all people from the war times (who were involved or responsible for war crimes) are removed from politics - which is the case for Serbia, but not for Kosovo, unfortunately.

what about the burning of kosovars killed by serbians and who's bodies were burned in the Trepco mines ....

this and so much more are the kind of things Serbia doesn't want to talk about, and screams and yells ... This case here has no evidenace whatsover, and so far it is only accusations, but nothing substantional has been produced. Nothing was ever handed over to Eulex, the EU, or any court in which it can be used. None of these alligations are poved to to correct so far. There are so, so, so many cases of where serbian citizens committed crimes against humanity all over the Balkans, not just in Kosova, where it was proven in courts that they are guilty of unspeakable crimes. That is the kind of thing Serbia should think about, serbs should reflect on before they come up with this bs.

Wow, 41 witnesses die before giving evidence against Albanians. The same can be said about witnesses testifying against Croatia. However, no witnesses die before testifying against Serbians. In that case, it is the defendant that ends up dead.

Hmm, just coincidence, right Bob, Danilo, Comm?

Limaj is accused of committing a crime in Serbia against Serbs. It's pretty damn clear where the mandate to judge him lies.
(Shirley - The Serious, 30 March 2012 23:10)

Kosovo is not Serbia Shirley...give us an evidence of Serbian sovereignity and territorial integrity over Kosovo....

Before doing that tell us what sovereignity and territorial integrity means....

Serbia is SO DESPERATE to incriminate the KLA....to justify its state crimes in Kosovo.

I have never ruled out that certain individuals within KLA might have committed crimes during the war BUT Serbis is not bothered about individuals but the ORGANISATION that freed Kosovo.

Comm. Parrisson

"It's a dramatic, disarming statement, but it has not been included as evidence. The problem is that it did not surface earlier," said Vekarić, and added that the meaning of any trial is to bring justice to victims and their families - "here, it turns into a political question".

Do you really expect from the Kosovo justice system to investigate seriously and unbiased in proceedings against high ranking politicians belonging to the party of crime minister Thaci? It would be like judges and police in Syria arresting Assad - those things will never happen, a big percentage of Kosovo politicians are either former KLA fighters and committed war crimes or are ordinary mafia clan members.

Nothing relevant in the Serbian prosecution statement.

He should know/learn that until found guilty by a Court of Law an individual is innocent.

Secondly in any legal process there must be admissable evidences. If there are interferences let's say in a diary/video "to get someone"...these are not consedered as admissable evidence in court.

The bell has rung. See you tomorrow comrade prosecutor.

- Shirley, when you say let him you're implying you have him; which clearly is not the case. Second, because of the same reason Haradinaj and Seselj are in the Hague. Why is Limaj any different? The reason is clear; if you're an Albanian there is no Serb court that will find you innocent, even if you're the pope.

what you fail to understand is: the game won´t be played by your rules, dude.

the Hague will only get what Serbia, or let´s be more accurate, what serb authorities give them. and I am quite sure that, after how "the Hague" took care of evidence and witnesses, nothing will be handed out without securing and even double-securing evidence and witnesses...

don´t you worry about evidence, my dear k-albanian boy, yours is it to wait and watch how things unfold.

there will be good reasons, why Mr.Marty or the serb authorities do not give further evidence into wrong hands... so, just keep cool and wait, I am quite sure there will be enough opportunity for you to be upset...

if they have solid evidence, they should hand it over to the hague or the EU. Dr Marty and Serbia have been challenged on numerous occasions to supply proof of this crime and nothing has been ut forward. so make this solid evidence public and watch the case unfold. i mean does serbia really think that America or Nato or the EU is afraid to jail former KLA members? if, as Serbs here point out repeatedly, the US is in charge in Kosov, they can always change stooges like Limaj and Thaqi. so what are you waiting for, give this solid proof to the hague
