I make just a fraction of that a year, but I do make sure that a good percentage of that income goes to my sweet Kosova.
(Lets test his patriotism, 30 November 2011 15:06)

I’m curious to know but what fraction do you make of $11 million?
The people with considerable wealth give without fanfare or publicity because that’s how its done. It’s the ones who have their backsides hanging out of their pants that brag about giving millions. It seems you are the latter rather than the former.
Djokovic is renowned for his charitable work and donations. Living in Monarco does not mean he is unpatriotic because many famous people live there for the same reason and they range from tennis players to world class formula 1 drivers and anyone who makes lots of money. In fact there are a few Australians who have classified themselves as Monaco residents over the last 10 or twenty years for tax purposes.

also...."Djokovic generously gives to several organizations including the Novak Humanitarian Fund, which he founded in 2007. This fund provides access to tennis courts and scholarships for young Serbians as well as donates ambulances to hospitals and provides support to children who have lost a parent. In addition, the foundation supports children’s education and has joined with UNICEF Serbia to further its goals. Moreover, Djokovic’s generosity extends to fundraising through exhibition matches to support reconstruction efforts for Haiti, Japan and in Serbia."

and Danilo....grow up.

Cestitam, Nole! Don't worry about the haters who'll haggle on you for being you, a superstar! Keep at it and keep making all your fans, Serbian and non-Serbian alike (there are many I know of) proud! :D

Well done indeed, kudos to you Slim. If they are throwing the money at you, take it, I don't care what profession you're in.

But if you consider yourself to be a Kosovar and a "patriot", lets see you give some of that cash to some of the poor Serbs in KiM! But, hell no, what's mine is mine

I am pleased that Djorkovic is winning and that he proud to call himself a Serb, but we live in a very dysfunctional world if it will allow a sportsman to earn so much.
(Michael Thomas, 30 November 2011 11:24)

Disfunctionality of the world has nothing to do with a top sportsmen making 11 million bucks a yeaer rather distructive politicians, bankocriminals, narcoterrororists,Soros type manipulators making tens or hundreds of millions in extreme cases billions.

You're right, szemi. I really couldn't give a c*** which ball is for which game.

Thanks for your suggestion, Dragan, but somehow I doubt I would achieve anything but laughter if I followed that suggestion.

No one "deserves" $11 million. There is too much poverty and want in the world and it wrong that one man should take so much.

Bravo Nole! Not bad money for just hitting a ball over a net, right Danilo? Maybe you should quit your call center job and hit balls over nets and make $11 million also?
(Dragan, 29 November 2011 17:33)

Give me a break. That pseudointelectual could not even tell apart a ball used for tennis and the one for water-polo.

Well done Nole,

where do you pay your tax?
(John, 29 November 2011 12:08)

Hopefully as a monaco resident nowhere.THe guy has brains and knows better how to spend the well deserved money than any corrupt politician who would only misuse the money collected as tax.
