As an Australian, this makes me sick to my stomach!
How dare my government support a regime like that of Croatia, then send one of its own citizen off to be executed!

We all know this will be a one way ticket for him

Captain Dragan left Australia and went to Serbia to fight alongside his brothers. If he has done nothing wrong, as he said, if he is innocent, he will be sent back to Australia. All Serbs accused by the ICTY pleaded non guilty at first and, later, confronted with the proof, were sentenced. Some, as Miroslav Radic was set free after the Vukovar Trial. If he is innocent, as he pretendsm he has nothing to fear. Truth always prevails.

He looks like a vampire ghoul where is the picture of him holding a cute puppy by the scruff of the neck. O well here is a picture of him and his only friend boo-boo sharing a snack.

New Zealander is absolutely correct. He didn't make slimy deals with the imperialist war criminals, told the truth, and embarrassed the hell out of the Hague Kangaroo 'court'. Hats off to Captain Dragan, he was not only a hero on the battlefield, but off it as well.
It's amazing to me that Australia can even think of sending him to a country that celebrates genocide (Operation Storm date is a public holiday), praises its war criminals, and holds Nazi Ustasha concerts (Thompson). It just highlights what a complete sham 'western justice' is.

They really expect the courts in Croatia to be unbiased? (New Zealander, 30 September 2011 12:42)

LOL!!! His biggest mistake was returning to Australia after going against the ICTY prosecution. He embassessed them so now he has to pay.

Finally the last war criminal wil pay the piper. The Aust. & Cro. Gov. have excellent relations. No court in the world will save this evil evil man. Dragan your so called beloved Krajina has got even smaller 3 by 2 metres in size to be precise Get used to it.....

They really expect the courts in Croatia to be unbiased? This is the same country that said that only days ago stated extradition requests from Serbia were void and thanked convicted war criminals.

Maybe if he had played by the rules in the Milosevic trial things would be different, but instead he went for the truth, and refused immunity because he had nothing to hide. This is a total miscarriage of justice.
