Haradinaj trial continues

This guy is guilty as sin!

Not only guilty as a sin but ugly as one too...

At least he had the balls to surrender voluntarely to The Hague.

Shouldn't last too long....most witnesses are either dead, in hiding or refuse to testify for fear they will end up dead, too.

Guilty or not decides the ICTY and not Serbian court or Predrag. He was aquited by the international court and will be aquited again from all charges.

Why the serbian media all the time say that the wittnesses are threaten by Haradinaj, 100 times the ICTY officially has says that non of wittnesses were threaten or killed in haradinaj case. Im sorry but this is reality, stop propaganda becasue all wars in former Yougoslavia were happening becuase of poisened propaganda.

He was not afraid to fight, to surrender vulnetarly and have an international trial.

Whatever will be the decision he will respect it.

Toli, you are extremely naive to even hint at the fact that the Hague's judgement is a fair and unbaised one. The chances of him having intimidated witnesses is extremely high, common sense tells us that the fact he was and still is a gangster makes it extremely likely.

A question: Why is this trial repeated? Just because some witnesses didn't want to testify against this alleged war criminal. Okay, maybe they were not threatened or killed, but only bribed or intimidated, or some clan member suddenly disappeared, or some houses were set on fire, or whatever. We all know how justice works when mafia is involved like in Kosovo, don't we?

The ICTY is a corrupt institution that has zero credibility!
If it did, then all of the so call "politicians" in Pristina would be on trial for murder, drug dealing and organ trafficking!
It is obvious as night and day that this "creature" is guilty.
KLA has had 10 years to kill its witnesses and bury the evidence.

Let’s hazard a guess on the outcome of this trial. My guess is he is in the proverbial revolving door in and out because of a lack of evidence.

However, if it was a Serb living in Australia at the time the so called crime was committed he would have a hard time convincing that paragon of western justice in the Hague that he is innocent. And the west is mystified why even their own people think their governments are a joke.

This criminal needs the most severe punishment available!!! So does his crime partner Walker! This is a FULL BLOODED AMERICAN MAKING THIS STATEMENT!!!!

Something is not right here. It cannot be possible that there were 134 brigades from FARK in June 1998. It cannot be possible that there was even one brigade in June 1998. Unless these "brigades" were composed of one or two people, or their numbers did not follow the normal order, 1, 2, 3, 4...Probably they went with multiples of 134, just to confuse us years later.

We all know how this will turn out, he'll be let off the hook like all other war criminals, but if a serb even fired a gun in the war they are sentenced to 25 years jail. Serbia is falling apart day by day, sometimes I wish Milosevic let the US build camp Bondsteel in Kosovo, maybe then we could have slaughtered these enemies without NATO behind our backs
