Funny, it is funny how in serbia there is the impression that thaci was mentioned in the famous report as the leading villian, but he was not in fact, even marty himself was shocked by such allegation, when they were interviewing him , he was really shocked how his report, which was political and not judical in the purpose, was received so negatively by the albanian media, and he blamed the media for misinterpretation, he cited that his report does not claim one bit thaci was involved in the organ traffic, actually the report does not claim anything about thaci, thaci is refered in the report as the leading personality in uck, and many other facts about him when marty was drawing the background of the report, the report only calls for investigation on organ traffic that might have happened during the war, marty himself stated that according to his report, uck is not being acused of such crimes, and he even believes that uck emerged from the hearth of albanian civilians who rightfully grabbed the guns to protects their existence...funny how, neither in albanian media, nor in serbian media, report is not refered as word by word, but roughly reinterpreted...marty is not enemy of the albanians or the friend of the serbs, he is just some EU politician whose scepticism fell victim to serbian false witnessing programm (at this point i want to remind how a couple of serbs and albanians were payed 20 000 euros each to give fake testimonials about organ harvesting, but unfourtanely they were record taped by the kosovar secret agents)...well, if there are witnesses that claim their organs were harvested, now they can go to eulex and testify everything they know, fake testimony is not harshly punishable in kosovo so they might give it a try, eulex and kfor have considerable power in kosovo, that is what marty wanted afterall, a strong framework to seek the truth about such testimonials...personally i support marty, i don't think he is payed by serbs or russia, he is only doing his job, and if i were on his shoes i would have done the same, after what happened in the balkans of 90s, i would believe anything , even serbian fantasies.

im afraid not iliri, marty is not stupid, he knows exactly what he was doing and he is no friend to Albanians or the Truth and was absolutely acting under his own agenda here. his "official" words contained the same defunct propagandist garbage known to all. Whatever good vibes you got from his condescending comments about what was "right" about albanians is just a false veneer of fairness. He could have bust out a song singing kosovo's praises... it didnt effect the goal wich was to legitimize propaganda.

His mysterious "proof" that "validates" his fiction, is still to this date known to no one alive. this "proof" despite using that word... cannot in fact be used as evidence. Because the one thing Marty was crystal clear on in his report is that he held no legal capacity, and conducted no legal investigation of any kind.

read the above as many times as it takes for you to realize just how craven this guy is. He hasnt been fooled by or "caught up" in anything...hes a player.

and understand that he is already absolved of any responsibility, his "job" and his part in this Political game is done. Whatever He eventually sees fit to "hand over".... will have to actually be investigated and proven for the FIRST time by someone else.
