ICJ- true, much evidence has been destroyed and witnesses intimidated or killed. No question about that. We have to give this guy the benefit of the doubt though and hope he isn't corrupt or open to manipulation. Don't worry though, evidence still exists and there are still witnesses ready to testify against the criminal narco traffickers running southern Kosovo today.

As I said, I'm not worried. I was trying to assure Zoran, as well, because he appeared to be worried :)

Marty should be wise enough to stick his middle finger up to UsELESX and ensure his evidence remains safe until a competent investigative authority is in place.
(Zoran, 29 August 2011 21:57)

Oh, rest assured that his evidence is the safest in the world. It's impossible for anything to happen to something that does not exist :)

As long as there is an american incharge of the investigation we know it wont be fair. Americans are the most corrupt people in the world. Wonder how much money albanians paid him to say "there is no evidence of organ harvestin". Yet the whole world knows it took place, the whole world knows what albanians are. American politics make me sick!
(MikeC, 29 August 2011 17:33)
Don't you love the Serbian mentality, you cannot even comprehend that your thoughts are different from the world. The whole world does not know it happened, even Serbs do not KNOW it happened. They just hope it did so that the Albanians can look 10% as bad as Serbia looks to the world. Even Marty's report does not equate the actions of Albanians to the level of Serbia. It just says that Milosevic's regime was so horrendous that it caused the world to turn a blind eye on actions by the other side.
The whole reason we are having a 4th investigation into this is because of sensationalism, not that anyone knows it happened but to find out once and for all if it is possible that it did happen.

LOL! EULEX investigating organ trafficking? You can be sure it will investigate everything possible and find all the evidence available and then do what every member of the joint criminal enterprise will do, destroy it! Marty should be wise enough to stick his middle finger up to UsELESX and ensure his evidence remains safe until a competent investigative authority is in place.

Maybe the reasons why this all came up to the public are politically motivated. But still, organ trafficking is inhumane. If the end result is to rid the Balkan of such horror and dangers, they finally took the interest. The sad part is, that someone from the US took the initiative. What about the justice system in our countries?!

Can someone explain me how an EU body can be headed by an American and can someone explain me how this team headed by this American then shall not be biased? (not that it would not be biased without him)

They could choose an albanian ambassador ! what a shame... and, for diplomacy reasons, the poor serbs must act saying that he is a highly esteemed person and bla bla bla hahahhaa.... btw, Eulex is a European body and appoints an american for its team. Really what a poor figure for poor Europe!

The choice is so sickening that it hurts my intelligence. Why an American to lead an EU team and an EU investigation someone my ask? Because the empire is trying to show this investigation as fully international and they need someone outside the EU in the team. They will probably try to give this investigation some UN legitimacy as well in order to prevent further Serbian and Russian attempts at uncovering the truth. But the truth always finds the way out regardless and they will pay even higher price for trying to hide the truth.
(Teslavio, 29 August 2011 16:23)

Because somebody's nationality is not the criteria that matters for selecting somebody for this job. If the qualifications are right, it does not matter on whether the person is from, say, US or Russia or Japan. As some other readers of these forums have stated, the EULEX investigation team should have members from around the world, not just EU.

This is a sham. The investigation will be conducted with US State Department limitations - they don't want DC to look bad now in their choice of friends, do they? As expected, Empie will whitewash these alleged crime by Thaci and the KLA, and the innocent victims will not get justice.

Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukčević today welcomed the appointment, saying that he held Williams in exceptionally high esteem, as a professional who made great contribution to the solving of war crimes cases in the Balkans.

It looks like Bogi and Vukcevic don't talk to each other. Vukcevic has the full trust , yet Bogi does not trust the newlly appointed chief investigator. Now, which is which?
Maybe we should appoint Konuzin or Rogozin to head the investigation!?
