Draft Serbian media strategy

Dear Government of Serbia
Nice the policy, respecting all the requirements from the EU, as far as I can read you have not mentioned Kosovo communication strategy, not even the use of social media as "twitter", "Facebook", etc that any serious international or national institution should have, please see "Barak Obama" is on twitter, US State Department, UK Foreign Office, EU External Action Service, so please we are in the 21st century there is a plenty of young Serbians who could be easily help you and almost at no cost, but the impact is enormous.
