EULEX still awaits evidence in organ trade case

Does no one think it odd that Marty was able to locate these so called witnesses with no problem and have them freely give their stories without a witness protection system in place, but he will not give their names to the proper authorities for verification. Kind of like in the movies where he is the master detective and can find the clues that no one else can.
Plus he was able to locate these individuals in such a short time and the masters of an international smuggling ring that could kidnap hundreds of Serbs remove their organs ship them to international destinations and transplant into wealthy individuals without leaving a trail do not have a clue who these individuals are.

Makes for a good movie, almost to good of a storyline, you think.

He did not spend years, or months, or weeks, or even days, traveling the countryside to locate these witnesses to get their story. Anyone know how many times he actually traveled to either country during his 2 years, or how many hours he was actually in either? Thus the witnesses must be outside of either Albania or Kosovo thus why the worry for a program inside of Kosovo?

Giving fake testimony and evidence is punishable. Marty must face the consequences. His deputy mandate won't last forever.

Isn't it interesting that the "seekers of the truth" here are not demanding that Marty turn over his so called evidence. Of course they need no truth, the fact that it is an accusation against Albanians passes the "beyond a reasonable doubt" test. It is more advantageous to Serbia that this is never brought to conclusion, so much for "demanding justice"

as for "Euleksperiment", ..they have proven to be incompetent, so it´s quite understandable that Mr.Marty would not give any further evidence to this pro-albanian organisation.

bottom-line is: this should be handled by some other, really independent body, the socalled "eulex" is only there to make the Albanians feel good. and even that is something they do worse every day...

And you have some instances where Eulex has not protected witnesses or they have died under Eulex control?? Remember Eulex has only been functional since Dec 2008. I do not know of any published reports of murdered witnesses since that date, can you name any? Maybe the blind, deaf and dumb are smarter than some who claim not to be.
