Interior Minister Ivica Dačić handed a decision on employment to the first member of the Interior Ministry (MUP) that was not born in Serbia.

Oh,i'm loving this!It is great to hear such news.Im proud of being Serbian and seeing my country move forward in at least one area.And im particularly glad that it concerns multicultural diversity as my husband is african as well.I hope it all goes well for you and your family Rose.

MUP just means "the police" to all those who are standing out makes her useless.

Absolutely - in the fact, foreign-born loyal Serbian citizens holding a "second" passport and of obvious foreign look would be the #1 candidates to monitor certain things in a certain Serbian province temporarily not under Belgrade's control while keeping low profile.
Of course, careful selection is necessarily. During the day one can be an openly Serbian-bashing Chicago-native SF resident technical illiterate who can't even drive... and maybe a Lamborghini maniac speedster from CG who hides Mladic during the night. We never know. :-/

Not really as people could think she's a tourist or other visitor/worker in Serbia. And some of the work they do is desk/computer work, analysis, studying the situations, collecting evidence, and so on - wouldn't require being incognito at all.

Serbia IS a metropolitan nation, and I really hope that Serbia does not join this miserable jailhouse of nations and preserves its sovereignty.

Explanation. Agim and Ivan did not post their best, neither was what they wrote politically correct.
Since Roberto, the champion of the fight against racial, religious and ethnic discrimination did not jump in in defense of the lady from Uganda I had to write some substitution. Certainly not as good as the original would be but better than nothing. Tried to follow the style as close as possible but certainly not perfect.

Our "beloved" neighbors tried to exterminate Serbs and take their land, I know of no African who tried the same.
