The heavy hand of Serbia under the leadership of Milosevic destroyed Yugoslavia when he tried to hijack control of the Federal Gov't. Milosevic pushed the country into civil war. The rest is history, a rather humiliating and disastrous one for Serbia.
(The Count of Kosova, 29 March 2011 15:37)

Hey, if you tolerate the murder of your own people by the KLA/CIA so that you can blame the Serbs, who am I to protest! It only shows your personality defects.
Look very closely at what the Serbs hold, mate and you will see it’s the best parts of the old SFRJ. Latest information from the Asian bankers on projected growth rate for Serbia is to far exceed any of the Balkan countries. In fact it will be almost double that of Croatia alone.
Thanks Slobo. Your were no fool.

"The decision was announced yesterday in Sarajevo by High Representative Valentin Inzko's office, and refers to Bosnia's other entity - the Muslim-Croat Federation."

This time it really has nothing to do with Serbs.
To explain - Sarajevo is trying to establish government in Muslim-Croat Federation that suits them, and against the will of Croats in Federation. Bosnian Electoral Commission (CIK) found those attempts in violation of Bosnian electoral laws and declared newly-formed government illegal.
High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valentin Inzko, suspended decision of CIK. This government is getting a green light, regardless of the results of the elections!!!

"In a written statement sent to the media, Dodik described Inzko's decision as trampling on the domestic legal system and a violation of the Dayton Peace Accord.
He added that the high international representative placed himself above the law, "yet again crudely interfering in a sovereign country's internal affairs and annulling its voters' will expressed in elections".

Office of the High Representative (OHR)is really very controversial body, formed after Dayton Agreement in order to support implementation of that agreement and has power to:

1. adopt binding decisions when local parties seem unable or unwilling to act;
2. remove from office public officials who violate Dayton Agreement.

This power was more then abused, as High Representatives used the power to, for example, violate Dayton Agreement themselves (!!!!) and to centralize Bosnia (on state level) by transferring powers that were specifically assigned to entities in Dayton Agreement.
Those who were opposed to those violations were harshly dealt with, as OHR removed and dismissed almost 200 officials in the last decade, most of them elected officials.
List includes judges, ministers, civil servants and members of parliaments or ministers, sometimes along with freezing their bank accounts and in some cases also imposed a life-ban on public offices..
often just for demanding implementation of Dayton Agreement (which OHR is suppose to implement...???) and with no explanation given.
OHR also closed numerous media outlets (newspapers, radio stations, etc) in the name of freedom of expression.

OHR is not accountable to anyone in Bosnia, and does not need to even, give any explanation to those who they rule...
All decisions have immediate effect, and there is no possibility of appeal to any OHR decisions, there is no need to even, have a preliminary hearing of the concerned persons, who can loose their positions (elected or not) and have their accounts frozen.
Even Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe voiced complaints against the actions of the OHR in 2004, requiring it to transfer his powers to the Bosnian authorities as soon as possible.

Still, it was hard to believe that OHR will go as far as to give power to the parties that lost the election.

In Dodik's words - "Should the high representative remain in Bosnia-Herzegovina, we expect him to next decide to suspend elections, and to have the OHR (Office of the High Representative) form the government seamlessly."

He might as well suspend the elections and form the government.
What's the point to vote?

"Count of Kosova",

Things would be easier if people stick to the subject of the article they are commenting on. Then you can actually have a more focused and meaningful discussion. I would also recommend some unbiased history reading and using some common sense and humility. Ceasefires and peace agreements are not defeats and we all know that if the KLA and their Western masters had not staged various incidents and if the US did not have an eye on a Balkan base and had not supported the KLA "Kosova" would not have existed and the Serds would have liberated the regular and good Kosovo Albanians from thugs and terrorist who went after their own people to create "sympathy" and who are holding the majority of the regular and good Kosovo Albanians back to a better life.
