I think Serbia should take a look in a dictionary first, so they understand what the definition of a "war criminal" is before they begin to falsely accuse people.

So basically, JNA soldiers from Belgrade invade, pillage, murder, and rape the Croatian city of Vukovar, and a Croat soldier who enlisted to defend his city is a "war criminal", and for allegedly killing those soldiers sent to kill, pillage and destroy. What on earth has this world come to when a soldier cannot fight against enemy combatants without fear of being jailed as a "war criminal" 20 years later.

It depends if they drank their blood after shooting them,took their eyes out,crush their sculls with a mallet, made necklaces out of their cut off fingers,baked a Serb child in an oven with an apple in his mouth, participated in the STORM operation and deliberately massacred civilians,....

Killing the wounded (unarmed and unable to shoot) is similar to POWs being killed - though it depends also on the degree of injury.
