So: You don't want "your own" people being sent to the Hague. On the other hand, you don't wan't "your own" people being "hunted down" and put on trial in Serbia?

Well, in civilized countries, it's the responsibility of every state (except for banana republics or pseudo-states) to put their own criminals behind bars.
(Top, 1 August 2010 16:30)
=====================
I would thank you not to put words in my mouth.
He is acting unilaterally here. Other countries and provinces (Kosovo) would never hunt down their own no matter how guilty they are so untill they are ready to punish their own criminals Serbia should not either as it sends a message that only the Serbs committed crimes.

I am all for punishing criminals no matter who they are but sending them to Hague where we all know that injustice will be done to the Serbs is not a smart thing to do.
Until Hague proves themselves as impartial I say don't send anyone. Tadic is naive to think that Hague will do justice to any Serb and he is naive to expect Croatia not to celebrate their criminals (Operation Storm participants) but instead treat them as criminals.

Funny, the same people that keep telling that the trials in the Hague are sooo "unfair", "biased" and "politically motivated" complain when some British judge says the same about trials in Belgrade, using the same silly arguments.

Imho, both is nonsense, Ganic should have been extradited to Serbia, or the judge should have given a real reason not to do so, not this "politiallc motivated" story.

Mr Tadik has stated that Serbia has given Draconian sentences to Serbs convicted in Serbia.

This is very frightenening since as a modern nation we should be moving away from draconian punishment for anyone, the punishment must fit the crime-- one must wonder if these self proclaimed Darconian laws against Serbian citzens were politically based to show certain foreign nations that Tadik and regime will play ball.

Mr Tadik is offended that british Judges dont respect Serbia-the truth is british judges and politicians dont fear Serbia and the new world order is not based on rational laws but rather on power, prestige and fear.

One day Mr Tadik will be gone and when Serbia again shows its teeth and it becomes clear this dog will bite if provoked-then people will respect it. The world of 2010 is not a democratic paradise with justice and equal laws for all. It is a jungle where each nation plays a role-there are the predators(like USA), the parasites (like albania)and the prey (like Serbia).

Mr Tadik knows he and his henchmen have turned Serbia into prey and the best he can do through years more of suffering and humiliation of the Serbs is to turn us into parasites.

I'm sorry mr tadic is offended. the britt court was 100% correct.

the serbian judiciary is not an objective or independent one. yes, it has handed down a FEW relatively light sentences for really horrible mass murderers (from the wars), but this only happened because of natasa kandic and her colleagues, and in SPITE of serbia's justice system. each trial was a nightmare, with witness intimidation galore, and less than appropriate court decisions. several times kandic had to walk out of the courtroom, and she's tough!

this entire extradition process was politically motivated by blgd. if serbian mass murderers and torturers rec'd jail time, then bosniak officials must do the same. hunh?

more than one person noticed a very interesting phenomenon: the present day blgd regime is pursuing "justice" from slobo's regime. in other words, rather than being something completely different, it is just the govt that followed the last (slobo's) while still pursuing the same goals without (much) violence.

anyway, imagine how mr tadic will feel when we undertake our appeal for jurisic's case.
fortunately, with their wonderful judicial system, i guess we have a goood (??) chance.

thanks.

So now what Mr Tadic? You can bark but that's about it.
UK knows that Serbia has put their own behind bars for a long time and they simply don't care. Do you honestly think that someone has to explain to them how Serbia has punished their own?
They know it all.
You are the only president capable of hunting down their own and putting them behind bars. You are the only president who is naive.
It won't matter even if you send Mladic to Hague. Nothing you do will matter because they going according to their schedule and will continue until they ruin Serbia.

So keep bowing your head in shame (Srebrenica declaration), keep on imprisoning your own and keep saying that you want to get into EU at any cost because that's exactly what you will get. More demands and more humiliation.

Time to apologise to Serbia and step down.

Total and utter rubbish. The Scottish Justice Minister made that decision. If you really knew what you are talking about then you'd know that there is no possible way that an SNP administration would do that for UK political reasons - if it was political it was to do the opposite.

The British are nothing more than a lap dog for the US. Actually, after Germany, Croatia and our peace loving albanian neighbors, Britian has been nothing short of a disasterous relationship pertaining to Serbia.

These tools Bombed Belgrade Twice, 1944 and 1999, cowardly abandoned General Draza to TITO, dismantled Yugoslavia, raped Kosovo from Serbia, and now Ganic. An affront is an understatement. Yet, these British trolls and tools let a convicted Libyan terrorist free due to political reasons, yet dictate to Serbia that Ganic trial would be a political court.
