Former defense minister indicted

The Higher Prosecution in Belgrade has indicted former Serbia and Montenegro Defense Minister Prvoslav Davinić for abuse of office.

If the Isrealis paid any Serbian official a bribe to win this contract, then the contract is null and void (which means that it does not exist) and Serbia owes the Israelis nothing. This is a fact in international law and not just my opinion.

It is absolutely imperative that the BIA (the Serbian Intelligence Agency) gets involved and investigates this. The BIA could save Serbia 35 million euros and justify its existence and further expansion.
