I agree with everything Gav has said, but with spelling corrections.

"Democracy means that the people change their government from time to time."
...Or that another bigger country "helps" them to do that, but not what they wished for in the first place.
I think B92´s hous-god Ash has confused "colour revolutions" for "democrasy". "democrasy" in the west mean voting every 4:th year or so for 2 or more identical "alternatives"...
