Maybe Filip Vujanović's statements will build some reconciliation with Serbia and Montenegro.
The CPC seems to be in too much contact and working hand in hand with the Croatian Orthodox Church.

The Montenegrin state isn't going to do anything.
CPC has ties to the SDP, an ally of Djukanovic's party. They are Djukanovic's puppets and have no power or influence. They're an ineffective parastie party because Djukanovic can rule without the 3 seats they get in elections.
The simple fact is:
* Djukanovic is an atheists. He doesn't care for the CPC, and is aware that the Serbian church has far more support.
* Of the religous members of Djukanovic's party, they are Serbian Orthodox (they $$$ benefitted from seperation, Serbs like them were the vote that tipped the election).
* The current top brass (Djukanovic, Vujanovic and others in DPS) in 2000 were the ones who restituted the church back to the Serbian church.
* There can be no counter-restitution. Especially since such an act would cause conflict and scare off torujsits and investors.

The CPC replied that “there was not an example that state-owned churches and monasteries had been illegally transferred to ownership of a church, a foreign country’s church, except in our country”.
OMG but where these people live?
The Vatican, Mr. CPC, the Vatican. Is a third country which own portions of Italian territory since 1800 years approx.

Don't communist governments take over church property? Is that why the monteblack flag is red?

"CPC: State should own churches"
-- That's because the CPC doesn't own any churches. Or at least the churches it wants.

Is the Montenegrin puppet regime going to steal the property of all churches or only the property of the Serbian Church? There are of course Roman Catholic Churches in Montenegro, and what about the Mosques?
