Think again, somehow you forget to mention that 90%of the sentences were suspended, I wonder why.

Wish you get well, Szemi - as for him/them: besides boosting of not having Hungarian citizenship but living permanently in three other major countries (one of them being USA), that fairly uncommon family name appears on the list of Transkarpathian victims, too, with absolute match (both surname and family name). It is fairly common in Hungary to name at least one child in honor of father or grandfather.

I don't think it is likely that we see two persons - way to much overlapping. We are probably finished with that topic - this site is luckily not about his or our person and probably the best is to ignore the troll permanently. This is why I am not keeping presence on any Hungarian-language site: pretty soon "we know everything better than you" immigrants appear from nowhere and verbal violence starts. Typically these sites are poorly moderated, too.

Let's go back to Serbo-Croato-Albanian topics, they are really refreshing compared with what Hungarians do between each other.

Joe--
Regrettably, I don’t believe you.
I trust Ataman’s intuition, research and after reading his intelligent and sincere comments on this site, he appears to be an honorable individual-a person of reason and integrity.

Let’s try a quote from Benjamin Franklin,… "A man wrapped up in himself makes a very small bundle.”

Ataman,
No doubt the two guys are the same person.Same rhetorics, style and ideas mixed with "I know it better"instructive mood.Do not be tricked by the fact the he uses some different deatails and data about his life. Not only I but a friend of mine who is involved in discussions with him on hungarian forums has the same opinion after being shown his B92 comments.
Currently due to a forearm and wrist injury I leave short comments(have a pain while typing) here but as soon as I recover I will write a longer comparison puttin some of his ideas and views from different forums next to one another.
But who knows maybe we managed to find some mental alter ego.

Rrustem Mustaf aka REMI is MP and Supreme court overturned his case. Therefore he is still inocente untill prooven guilty.

OK, Gjelosh Krasni supposedly killed one Albanian, so what.

Do you know the definition of War Crimes???
(Kosova-USA, 18 March 2010 07:38)
What definition had EULEX???? EULEX sentenced these ex-UCK members for war crimes (against Albanians!!) - so for me they are war criminals.

Unfortunately that "Joe" matches your profile 100%. And interestingly on this forum you did not objected to be addressed as "Mr. JH" and apparently, it's not just me who discovered the same.

http://www.b92.net/eng/news/comments.php?nav_id=65804

"Хенел Иосифович" was my posting, but "josip henelovic" was somebody's else, no idea who - probably Szemi? For sure, someone who can read Hungarian.

At least two people found the same completely independently of each other.

Here you go with the "JH":

http://www.b92.net/eng/news/comments.php?nav_id=65772

I firmly think, the other person who made the discovery is Szemi.

You have 1:2 at least, sorry man and I did not talk with Szemi about it and here let everyone judge.

"Ataman,
So you found postings on YouTube by our expert Joe?"
Roger7

By relying on ataman BLINDLY you made a fool of yourself. In a posting few minutes ago I explained why. The main point is that on those 2 other websites the Joe is an other Joe. You fell in the trap. In your place I would be pretty embarassed.

"Remember a few weeks ago
Joe said..."I know the French pretty well. They are nice, civilized people."

What is wrong about it? You don't know them? If that is the case you should not have any hang-up. I was in a privilaged situation.

I saw this quote of yours already 2-3 times. Do you know anything more from Lincoln?
And to strathen you out: whatever I wrote about myself was always as a response to you or someone. Fortunately I never had the slightest need to look for publicity.

"I think, you are pretty much in the corner, aren't you?"
Ataman

Well you make yourself completely ridiculous. I can show you that you put yourself in the corner and you continued to dig yourself deeper in.

Few key points:
1. until today I never clicked on youtube.
2. until today I didn't know magellan.net
3. under magellan there is a Joe but a different one. For a long time I don't have a Hungarian passport and since my childhood I don't have a "szemelyi igazolvany" (ID card). For all these reasons I could never participate in Hungarian elections like the other Joe in magellan.net. Also in the early nineties, when I got the Hungarian passport (not valid for a long time)from the Hungarian Consulate that didn't qualify me for any vote. That passport was absolutely useless and humiliating (those who got it felt like being put in a third category)
4. when I wrote in a Hungarian forum occasionally I never used Mo as abreviation for Hungary. Also some of the words I would not use.
All this shows that you were very desperate to find some munition to badmouth me. Your problem is that you tried all this with somebody else's comments.

Ataman

Who wrote that comment on Youtube - maybe Sharah Palin?
You provide the link to your youtube channel left and right.

"halleluja halleluja!
Hala a magassagosnak mar egyvalaki megnezet a csuda videjomat!"

(Halleluja, thanks Almighty someone already looked at my video)

You know - this is the way a liar is being caught.

That was an extremely ignorant comment considering the totality of the circumstances. You are way, way off. Go do some research and then talk about who had it worse off then.(Jason)

I did study this case extensively and the main points are as following:
Of 19 dead during those two days only two are Serbs. One is Roma, 5 are unidentified to this day as their bodies were not claimed by anyone. The rest are Albanians. You do the map who had it worse. If material things such as buildings, and feelings are more important to you than human life than by all means Serbs had it worse. However, we'd give all we own to have those poor souls back alive. Then again you believe Serb lives weigh more than any other.

4. How many Albanians in Kosovo were killed by NATO bombs (e.g. 73 killed in Đakovica)????
(Milan, 17 March 2010 16:40)

1)About 1400 persons are still missing, 86 found in freezer truck in Danube, 115 in Batajnica, more than 650 remains given back to Kosovo authorities by Serb Authorities in the 8 years after war. In addition about 7220 dead buried in the first days after NATO entered Kosovo for the unburied bodies were littered on the ground all over Kosovo. Of course you would not know for you didn't care about the truth, add to that the Slobo propaganda and you could be blind as well.

2) 324 Serb civilians 112 armed paramiliraries, mercenaries and criminals and 71 Serb soldiers killed in Kosovo by Albanians/KLA and some by NATO.

3) All Serb collaborists whatever ethnicity were eradicated in one or another way.

4)The exact number will never be known for they were used as human shields and also their bodies were carried afterwards to places where NATO bombed to make the stories colourfull for Serb "patriots".

"The two-day riots in Kosovo began on March 17, 2004, after UNMIK police found the bodies of two Albanian boys in the Ibar River in the village of Cabra in northern Kosovo"

(Milan, 17 March 2010 16:40)

Oh no, we are to believe that Albanians killed themselves for the love of Serbs. Just like Croats did and Bosniaks bombed their own market, and killed their own kind in Srebrenica to make you "look bad" etc etc.

Man, you guys live in a complete self-denial. Even the Serbian gov and Serbian Amnesty Intl and other NGO agree not to 10K but 11.5K dead but 1.5K of these were Serbs. And here we are not counting the 1700 missing K-Alb. All these victims in a matter of 4-5 months.

In any case, you can't except to kill and not be killed. As long as K-Alb are concerned K-Serbs and Orthodox Church in Kosovo did everything they could to harm K-Alb during the 1999 war. Many K-Serbs joined the Serb military to kill and expel their neighbors.

Serb monasteries were blessing the Serbian soldiers who went on to kill and expel K-Alb and dig their mass graves.Artemije only a year or two ago wast alking about getting arms from Russia to take Kosovo back.

Serbs can't expect to kill and not get killed. If you wanted a peaceful & prosperous Kosovo you shouldn't have taken its autonomy away and sent the tanks in. It's as simple as that. So find some responsibility in yourself first and then come and hold the others responsible. When I see some remorse and sorrow from you then you will have mine as well. As of right now, you still feel you did nothing wrong, so do we.

(DimTuc, 17 March 2010 17:08)

he did not call it "ethnic cleansing". he called it "the same thing". "ethnic cleansing" is your words, not his. and of course everyone in their right minds would condemn the violence and it was not good for the albanian demands for independence to see them "doing the same thing" as serbs did. it didn't fit in the black and white picture everyone was trying to paint.

you could as well cite serbian officials condemning violence committed by serbian forces as well as the fact that some serbs helped albanians back in 1999. didn't serbian soldiers bring albanian civilians to a hospital after they had been shot by serbian paramilitaries? but that doesn't fit in the black and white picture either.

and giving nato a free ride regarding their role in the yugoslav conflict = irresponsible simplification.

Mikael C

pre 14 godina

Oh please! Are you seriously suggesting that the leaders of Pristina had nothing to do with an orginized attempt to rid Kosovo of its Serbs and their cultural heritage? This pogrom spread faster than lightning and was planed way in advance. How did albanians manage to get hold of explosives on such short notice? I don't doubt for a minute that there were albanians who did assist serbs and who know that this attempt to erase history would backfire on them. However, they are hostage to albanian extremists, even to this day.

"Madness" when they were more K-Albanian victimes than Serbian.
Joe

So you are blaming the Serbs? How many mosques were burned down? How many albanians were expelled? You have excuses for everything.

DimTuc

pre 14 godina

“Only six years ago? And the us expects Serbia to forget that it happened and recognize kosovo.”

Only 11 years ago, that Serbia expelled half the Kosovar Albanian population from Kosova, killing 10,000 in the process, and Serbia expects them to forget that it happened and accept being ruled again by Belgrade?

"NATO and UN officials did not deem the violence ethnic cleansing."

I would like B92 to provide a quite for this claim. Actually UN and NATO officials were powerful in their condemnation, whatever else you may think of them. For example, in an interview with Kosova daily Koha Ditore, Javier Solana said “it is unacceptable from their side to avoid responsibility and not to respond directly vis-à-vis the burning of houses, the expulsion of people from their homes. What we have now is thousands of people expelled five years later. I want to say that it is really absurd for the people of Kosovo, five years after KFOR and the United Nations came to their aid, to be doing the same thing to other people.” Doing the same thing? In other words, here is an example of Solana calling it ethnic cleansing.

“though I would not accuse the international forces of facilitating them, I would say that they did not even take the minimum measures for protecting property and the citizens"

Really? It seems to me that, while they could have been much better for sure, they did shoot dead 11 Albanian rioters to protect Serb lives, and in such a terrible climate of those two days, I believe they did a lot to limit the human casualties. It could easily have been more than 8 Serbs killed otherwise.

“At the same time I am extremely disappointed that NATO did not persecute those soldiers that killed 11 innocent protesting Albanians who were mostly youths.” (A, 17 March 2010 10:02)

Do you have any evidence of that A? Did they really just shoot at “innocent protestors” and not at rioters engaging in acts of violence? I suggest you provide more light on this if you make such a statement.

Other points.

Hashim Thaci said “I absolutely condemn the violence. Any Kosovar who believes this is the route to independence is wrong,” (Hashim Thaci, ‘Comment: Let’s Move Forward’, IWPR, March 26, 2004). A number of top leaders, including Thaci, Rexhepi and Krasniqi, all from the PDK, actively went out to calm the crowds and tell them to get off the streets. Kosova’s leaders declared a day of mourning, as flags flew at half mast (‘Kosovo Declares Day of Mourning’, March 22, 2004, Fisnik Abrashi, Associated Press). Kosova Prime Minister Bajram Rexhepi, also of the PDK, first announced the creation of a special 5 million Euro fund to repair damage to Serb houses and churches; this was upped to 12 million. Repairs were made by the KPC. “But what we cannot repair is the lost lives,” he said. “We express our profound disturbance with the number of dead and injured in the last days and we strongly condemn the unprecedented acts of destruction of Kosovo's cultural and religious heritage.”

There were also examples of Albanians giving Serbs refuge in their homes and leaders stepping in to protect Serbs. “The Decani monastery brotherhood reported on 18 March that the mayor of Decani, Ibrahim Selmonaj of the AAK, phoned Fr Sava Janjic, the deputy abbot of the Visoki Decani Monastery, to inform him that the leadership of the municipality and the AAK, the most influential party there, were making all possible efforts to prevent the violence and damage to the monastery. Fr Sava thanked Selmonaj for his political leadership and responsibility.” (‘Kosovo & Serbia: Pristina Orthodox Priest ‘Lucky’ To Be Alive’, Branko Bjelajac, Forum 18 News Service, 19 March 2004).

Anyway, RIP innocent victiums of the pogrom, and I hope more of those responsible eventually get done. Good the atmosphere seems so different now.

4)The exact number will never be known for they were used as human shields and also their bodies were carried afterwards to places where NATO bombed to make the stories colourfull for Serb "patriots".

you could as well cite serbian officials condemning violence committed by serbian forces as well as the fact that some serbs helped albanians back in 1999. didn't serbian soldiers bring albanian civilians to a hospital after they had been shot by serbian paramilitaries? but that doesn't fit in the black and white picture either.

MJ

pre 14 godina

DimTuc

pre 14 godina

If widespread violence against one ethnic group and its property is not ethnic clensing then I don't know what is. What hypocrites the EU and the Americans are.

As of right now, you still feel you did nothing wrong, so do we.

you could as well cite serbian officials condemning violence committed by serbian forces as well as the fact that some serbs helped albanians back in 1999. didn't serbian soldiers bring albanian civilians to a hospital after they had been shot by serbian paramilitaries? but that doesn't fit in the black and white picture either.

Thanks to Albanians here who expressed their condolences. Who did not, should think again.

@Joe: jokes aside, you should probably follow your own beliefs in libertarianism you preach somewhere else with such an energy.

Less hypocrisy = more credibility. But it's up to you.

Do You know name Rrustem Mustafa?? Yes my friend - K-Albanian, ex-UCK member sentenced for killing ALBANIANS.

Do You know names Nazif Mehmeti, Latif Gashi, Naim Kadriu???? Yes my friend - ex-UCK members, who are sentenced for war crimes against Albanians.

Do You know name Djelos Krasniqi?? Yes my friend member of ex-UCK sentenced by EULEX for killing another Albanian in 1999.

So you are blaming the Serbs? How many mosques were burned down? How many albanians were expelled? You have excuses for everything.

That's because they weren't only attacking Serbians but NATO and UN personel.

Serbia is currently prosecuting war criminals and searching for a resolution on Srebrenica and other war crimes while Albanians continue to justify crime and terrorism day in day out.

You guys have a long way to go I'm afraid. Until you start searching for peace you'll be locked away in prison camp "Kosova".

Oh no, we are to believe that Albanians killed themselves for the love of Serbs.
(Denis, 17 March 2010 19:20)

Gani Gashi - Do You konow this name?? Yes my friend - ethnic Albanian, member of ex-UCK who was found responsible for the murder of 4 members of the Albanian Obrija family at a checkpoint on 12 July 1998.

Ha..
Hordes of over 50.000 albanians who were mad, decided to attack hopeless un armed civilians, burned 35 and destroyed 50 churches..
Please find us a better word for what albanians did on that day..

-- Indeed. But that is the unfortunate consequence of a frenzied mob trampling their own to get to their intended targets. Most victims in riots are the rioters themselves.

Herd mentality if you ask me.

I fully demasked you about your nasty comment, showed what you are and now you try to badmouth me with somebody else's posting. Shame on you!!

======================

Unbelieavable. You start the mess, end up getting hurt, more of you guys get hurt and you expect Serbs to feel sorry for you because of that.

Do you expect a victim to feel sorry for his attacker? Get real.
Why did you start this whole mess? If you ended up getting hurt then that is what you deserve. Nobody to blaim but yourselves.

ataman

I am glad to see that you got my message 2-3 days ago. I consider most of the 150 thousand Jews in Hungary as decent Hungarians, who would have condemned your very nasty commment 2 weeks ago. You are very ungratful toward the only country (even though you have 3 different passports) who gives you permanent residence.

Ataman

pre 14 godina

"Ataman,
So you found postings on YouTube by our expert Joe?"

"What kills a skunk is the publicity it gives itself". ~Abraham Lincoln
Roger7

I saw this quote of yours already 2-3 times. Do you know anything more from Lincoln?
And to strathen you out: whatever I wrote about myself was always as a response to you or someone. Fortunately I never had the slightest need to look for publicity.

Ataman,
No doubt the two guys are the same person.Same rhetorics, style and ideas mixed with "I know it better"instructive mood.Do not be tricked by the fact the he uses some different deatails and data about his life.

Joe--
Regrettably, I don’t believe you.
I trust Ataman’s intuition, research and after reading his intelligent and sincere comments on this site, he appears to be an honorable individual-a person of reason and integrity.

Let’s try a quote from Benjamin Franklin,… "A man wrapped up in himself makes a very small bundle.”
