@michael

really? you dont think creating ties with your neighbors is a smart thing to do? Well Slovenia thinks so.

And Considering slovenia, having always embraced a pretty open and liberal policy with its neighbors... who also despite being only one-thirteenth the population of the former yugo...was also by far the most productive.was also smart enough to scoff at and split at serbias feebled attempt at creating a greater serbia out of yugoslavia.

The question becomes... what drugs are you taking that makes you think slovenia will start emulating serbian "logic" now?

Cooperation is defined as the Voluntarily arrangement in which two or more entities engage in a mutually beneficial exchange instead of competing.

In what way can Kosovo benefit Slovenia? I'm serious here, really, what does Kosovo have that Slovenia needs? Is Kosovo going so aid Slovenia with investments, qualified labor, education, science, sports, security or military? Or shall we call it for what it truly is, Kosovo albanians receiving additional handouts because it can't stand on it's own ever without daily cash from the West, security from the West, and political cover from Washington.

If you think this cooperation is with Slovenia, think again...I suspect the Bald Eagle overhead.

Yet another vicious attack on Kosova without any clear basis or understanding of what actually stands behind this agreement. If you believe that Slovenia is willy-nilly giving out hand-outs to Kosova without expecting anything in return then you are massively mistaken. Most Kosovar businesses are already Slovenian owned, starting from mobile-phone operators to supermarkets and banks.
Just to remind you, Kosova was the largest producer of coal in Yugoslavia and Ferronikel was the third largest iron ore producer in Europe. Most of Belgrade was build by Kosova’s (and other republics’) natural resources.
Deliberate economic and financial exclusions, lack of investments, forced sacking of employees (professional and semi-professional ones) etc etc in the 90s by Serbia, have left the industrial infrastructure in complete shatters and now everything is being sold off at ridiculous prices to Slovenians and other foreign businesses to make up for this horrid gap. So it’s your fault Serbia that we are in this economic mess, and it’s also the fault of our witless and gutless communist oriented ‘leaders’ in Prishtina for not pushing for economic reparations and repayments by Serbia.

Make up your mind you wishful thinking lawmakers.

Is it aid or is it a co-operation agreement?

I'm afraid your useless appliances that no-one else wants to buy work even worse with unreliable power supplies.

What a joke....a cooperation agreement between Slovenia and Kosovo? Sounds like the EU is trying to give Slovenia something to do. If Slovenia has so much extra currency that they wish to give it away, why not just throw it in the air....maybe some of it might just reach a few people in Kosovo. It's amazing how Kosovo's main business is to accept free money from anyone willing to dish it out. Always a beggar nation with nothing to GIVE!
