Yes Zoran I'm sure that DS has hooligan supporters as you call them, but not in the way you mean.

If nothing else these types (I can't say in this man's case because I don't know) are invariably hired as bodyguards. And one can see by the 'led me at em, boss' attitude of Ilic's bodyguards what they are like.

If you are talking about hooligans as in football and basketball holligans you better retreat right now because those people don't exist - when did you EVER hear hooligans singing for DS at games? Please, they have sung songs venerating Seselj, Arkan, Draza Mihailovic (in unfortunate company, he is not criminal) and shouted slogans that right wing parties use. If you don't believe me ask your friends or any ordinary supporters.

Those hooligans you were talking about that attacked parliament in Oct 2000, rts, were co-opted into the anti Milosevic coalition. They did not support DS, they were persuaded through one means or another of ejecting Milosevic. That was the only time the hooligans as a mass have been on the 'side' of DS and it doesn't make them DS hooligans. They would be insulted by your belief, really.

Why on earth you are obsessed with trying to say that DS has hooligan supporters is another matter..

Still, thats further compelling evidence that would stand up in the fairest court that DS must have organised the attack!

Who said the DS organised the attack? But that's the point right? When we have hooligans in the streets of Belgrade during opposition protests we are lead to believe the DSS/SNS/SRS have organised them, right?

So rather than taking this to the fairest court, we can clear everything up here. Do you agree with me that the DS has hooligan supporters also? If so, we can agree and just leave it there.

Guys, I am following standard party politics and media policy. We are linking hooligans to a party and this guy is a DS supporter and hooligan. All hooligans have justification for violence and I can see other supporters here justifying this crime - just like DS supporters on Facebook.

This guy has been told to keep quiet so he doesn't embarrass the party anymore. This isn't about Ilić, it's about hooliganism and doesn't only consist of SRS/SNS/DSS supporters. It's just that some media outlets and politicians would like you to believe that.

Hooligans on the side of SRS/SNS/DSS tend to attack foreign embassies whereas DS hooligans seem to attack Serbians and Serbian buildings (in the case of Otpor).

Well I've seen that facebook account and it has supporters of all parties cursing Ilic.

Still, thats further compelling evidence that would stand up in the fairest court that DS must have organised the attack!

winston, it's the typical blame game going on in Serbian politics and media. I've seen it happen to other political parties and this just demonstrates that even the DS have their lot hooligans. There is even a facebook group (with 15,000 members) dedicated to this attack with DS supporters cursing Ilić.

As for Ilić carrying a gun, this is ridiculous but approval again was allowed by this government.

I would not call the democratically elected Serbian government a regime, Mr. Ilic. If there is anyone, who has been repeatedly out of place, and an insult to the civility of the Serbian government, it is you Mr. Ilic. Your disgusting physical and verbal attacks on the media, and others, is far worse than the taste of the fist you just received. Until people like you, from the old thug ruled Serbian days are gone, there will never be credibility to Serbia's government. Please, do Serbia a favor, and just go away. Nobody really wants to hear you anymore.

Zoran, that picture is of my cousin Bernie. The tatoo is a likeness of Sal Mineo, he was Bernie's childhood idle. They are both short, maybe that was their connection. Why would anyone tatoo themselves with a picture of Tadic? Think about it, Zoran.

bganon

pre 16 godina

Thats it then, if he's got a tatoo its conclusive...

Tell you what if I attacked Jelasic and had a tatoo of Blackbeardovic would that mean I did it on behalf of the black hand pirates gang!

Ok Zoran I know what you mean, but stop for a moment and think of the absurdity of it.

A tattoo does not prove 'DS hooligans at work' as you say. But logically one can't exclude the possibility, however thats quite a different thing of being as certain as you are.

Apart from anything else did you stop to ask yourself why. Is NS a threat to DS? Now, that is funny...

winston

Zoran, you are assuming it is the work of the DS - there are many in Serbia that dislike this old-school socialist aparatchnik, Ilic.

Zoran

I found a picture of the guy. The tattoo is of Đinđić so that pretty much confirms he's a DS hooligan. I'm sure they have advised him to keep quiet in case he damages the party even further.

Whose tatto does he have on him? It is Tadić or Đinđić?

The guy is a DS hooligan. It's not the first time it happened either. Also accusation of police allowing him through.

Though this may not be the time and the place, concerning the fact that violence is not to be accepted in our society, still Mr. Ilic comment given to Serbian Television Channel 1 after the attack, when he suggested that "this kind of attackers" should be killed (?), is equally unacceptable.
As well his suggestion that he will be further on carrying his gun-pistol and possibly "deliver" his own Justice is acceptable, but only on the "Wild West" (what Serbia with political figures like his possibly already is).

The fact is that Mr. Ilic ortodox and often ultimately primitive conduct in Serbian Parliament provokes extreme individuals from our society to this kind of unacceptable extreme acions. As it says in our language: one bad attracts the other.

For development of Serbian democracy and civilizational values decision of Mr Ilc to disappear from public scene would be the only legitimate step to be done form his side.

What is the evidence of what you call DS hooligans at work?

I may have missed something..?
