Q.1. What do you mean by "UN plan has not got the green light by UN". Where did you see this. According to my sources it was supported by UN.
===…==
A.1.Ah, what sources? The A plan was never debated in the UN because it would've been vetoed by Russia so how then do you think it was supported?
(Peggy, 10 February 2010 08:38)

So how can a plan which was never debated be not supported? You first debate or consider something and then either support or reject it. Do you grasp the absurdity you are writing ? If you don’t even debate something, that does not mean support as it does not mean non-support. It just means you did not debate it. When it’s debated and voted we will know whether it was supported or not-supported by the UNSC.

Q2. What does it mean "implementing this plan is not in line with UN". What part of UN, where, how ?
===…==
A.2. See my answer to question No. 1.
(Peggy, 10 February 2010 08:38)

Yes, but what is the answer to Q2 ? Where does the UN say that the plan is not line with the UN ? What in the UN prohibits the plan to be in line ? You did not provide a text that says so.

NO icj1, you are telling us a whole lot of bull which you cannot possibly support by facts. If you can, do produce them.

Which of my statements do you want me to support? Please be specific and indicate it and I’d be glad to provide you the details if I have not done already so.

It reminds me of the joke about what to say to a rottweiler if he starts being 'amorous' with your leg. Let's just say 'fake enjoyment'.

Kate, Please don't compare the beautiful Rottweiler breed in the same thought as that Hashim Thaci. One is noble, loyal, intelligent and brave with a 2000 year history and the other is a scoundrel and hopefully will end up in a Belgrade prison.

In Kosovo live Serbs loyal to kosovan, serbian land - but not to false pseudostate created by K-Albanians.

"It looks to me like the plan to integrate the north will be dropped pretty soon."
(Zoran)

-- It certainly will if they're crazy enough to give this to Pristina to handle. It's almost as if EULEX doesn't even want to try anymore.

Mike

pre 16 godina

"Feith did a great job so far. However, now is the right time for Feith to go. Thaci can fully integrate the North alone with sticks & carrots." (PRN)

-- Hash doesn't have enough carrots, and with KFOR reducing its troop levels, he doesn't have enough sticks either. You're doing it wrong.

"Most of minorities love Thaci. He offers money, tractors and security to all minorities and they are fond him. Most of the Serbs I met they think pretty highly of Thaci."

-- Did you get that off of a brochure or something? I think it's safe to say you've never met a single Serb in your entire life. As for people liking Thaci because he gives them money and tractors, that's called bribery in the Free World. Do you like him because he gave you a shiny new tractor or maybe you're on his payroll to speak so highly of him?

"Why is Serbia threatening and blackmailing ethnic Serbs loyal to Kosova/o?"
(Kosova-USA)

-- Why are you making up people that you know don't exist? Or do you consider those of Hash's payroll part of the "loyal" Serbs?

Mike

pre 16 godina

"At least better to know him than to fear the killers who took down Djindic and are still loose." (troika melb)

-- Actually, fearing the killers of a prime minister isn't half as bad as fearing a prime minister that has ordered a number of political rivals killed.

"As for the meating in Vienna, it is great, Kosovo is in Europe and not in Siberia Bengladesh or Libya and Iran. If Serbs dont like it, immigrate to Russia and live as brotherly minority."
(troika melb)

-- So perhaps you'd care to explain why Kosovo and Albania weren't offered a visa-free regime? Why did the rest of Serbia get it and Kosovo didn't? If Kosovo is in Europe, why are K Albanians going to Gracanica to get Serbian passports and leave the area? Serbs can certanly go to Russia if they like, but they won't need a visa to do so. Barring a Serbian, Montenegrin, or even Macedonian passport, K Albanians are still trying to smuggle themselves into Europe.

This is the death of Feith’s plan of integrating north Kosovo. Watch Russia throw a huge wrench into the works. This is the death of Feith’s plan of integrating north Kosovo. Watch Russia throw a huge wrench into the works. Ahh! and the Albanians thought this was the real thing; after 11 long years “we are going to take it by force”. Next time the Albanians get restless, it will be another imaginary campaign that goes nowhere.
A round and round it goes just like a dog chasing its tail. You’ll learn even if it takes 50 years, you will learn that stealing someone’s land does not pay.

Also, lets not forget what UCK terrorists did to ethnic Albanians loyal to Serbia. The south of Kosovo is ruled by fear.

Why is Serbia threatening and blackmailing ethnic Serbs loyal to Kosova/o?
Hope to get an honest answer from you on this one!

Most of the Serbs I met they think pretty highly of Thaci.

I think most criminals, regardless of ethnicity, would think highly of Thaci. He has achieved a lot in those circles.

Probably because they are scared sh*tless of the man. I know people who have met him and found him very intimidating.

It reminds me of the joke about what to say to a rottweiler if he starts being 'amorous' with your leg. Let's just say 'fake enjoyment'.

As for your offering 'sticks and carrots' to Serbs in the north, are you sure you mean carrots and not stones or arrows?
(kate, 8 February 2010 12:54)
The bullies on the school yard have always found the ones who will stand up to them intimidating!!!
But that rarely made them bad people and even heroes to some.
How simplistic life can be.

The Feith has two roles, one as "ICO chief" and the other as an EU representitive. Doesn't anyone else see a conflict of interest here?

It looks to me like the plan to integrate the north will be dropped pretty soon.

PRN, thanks for the laugh. I hate to be so contradictory but, most of the Serbs I know think that Thaci is a KLA terrorist that should be in a Serbian prison. I guess we know a different group of serbs.

I have an honest answer to your question and I am ready to give it to you after you give ME an honest answer to the following question:
- What did Kosova Albanians do for Kosovo Serbs to deserve their loyalty?
Hope you will be able to answer.

"It looks to me like the plan to integrate the north will be dropped pretty soon."
(Zoran)

-- It certainly will if they're crazy enough to give this to Pristina to handle. It's almost as if EULEX doesn't even want to try anymore.

"Why is Serbia threatening and blackmailing ethnic Serbs loyal to Kosova/o?"
(Kosova-USA)

-- Why are you making up people that you know don't exist? Or do you consider those of Hash's payroll part of the "loyal" Serbs?

I didn't know they were but even if they are, it is much better than the death ethnic Albanians received that were loyal to Serbia.

In Kosovo live Serbs loyal to kosovan, serbian land - but not to false pseudostate created by K-Albanians.

The UN is in charge of EULEX and A plan has not got the green light from the UN and never will.

Implementing this plan is not in line with UN so why is he even attempting to do it?
(Peggy, 8 February 2010 13:08)

Peggy, arguments, citations and references please.

1. What do you mean by "UN plan has not got the green light by UN". Where did you see this. According to my sources it was supported by UN.

2. What does it mean "mplementing this plan is not in line with UN". What part of UN, where, how ?

You reach here to conclusions without supporting them with facts or arguments.

A.1.Ah, what sources? The A plan was never debated in the UN because it would've been vetoed by Russia so how then do you think it was supported?

Q2. What does it mean "mplementing this plan is not in line with UN". What part of UN, where, how ?

NO icj1, you are telling us a whole lot of bull which you cannot possibly support by facts.
If you can, do produce them.

Kate, Please don't compare the beautiful Rottweiler breed in the same thought as that Hashim Thaci. One is noble, loyal, intelligent and brave with a 2000 year history and the other is a scoundrel and hopefully will end up in a Belgrade prison.

Yes, but what is the answer to Q2 ? Where does the UN say that the plan is not line with the UN ? What in the UN prohibits the plan to be in line ? You did not provide a text that says so.

Which of my statements do you want me to support? Please be specific and indicate it and I’d be glad to provide you the details if I have not done already so.
