Madonna being whistled was not a reaction to the message but to the way the message was delivered. The gipsy section of the concert was the most appreciated by the public, only Madonna get whistled. I have been there and i've whistled her too and i'm doing project for romma people and having friends among them. She should have get better informed then "i heard on the news" and probably she doesn't know that in Romania there are more advantages for romma to encourage social inclusion than for romanians. there are more projects for them than for example people with disabilities.

AF, I'm afraid the redneck was on stage that night and her PR stunts team miscalculated a bit, cause the booing subject had more media coverage than her kiss on stage with a female dancer.

Nice one, Madonna. Apparently she also used the opportunity to speak out against homophobia, which also didn't go down too well with the redneck element at the show that booed her statement against discrimination of the Roma.
