While it is true I support Kosovo's independence from Serbia, the country I represent is one that is furnishing much of the funding for loans to Serbia from the IMF and World Bank.
So I guess I do have a right to laugh.

First of all, you can only represent yourself as you don't have authority to represent any country (unless you are part of the government).

Second, what country would that be? The same country which is being supported by China perhaps?

Probably hoping for a loan from Zimbabwe. That is the only country left that Serbia has not requested a loan from isn't it?

No, he got a phone call from Misha regarding possible relocation to Bar. Serbs figured out, it's not a good idea, still to close, they suggested Zanzi-Bar: better climate, high quality neckties and more monkeys for Misha to have a nice company with.

“Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić will visit Libya on Wednesday, where he will attend a summit of the African Union.”
And the next day he will give a statement how he prevented a mass recognition of Kosovo

What's the matter?

I would think that a charity case like Kosovo would be the last place to laugh at anyone.

BTW, you can scratch those countries off your Xmas list of recognitions (well most anyway).
