I absolutely agree with the stated recommendations. the situation of the Missing has been a complete horror, and been mis-handled as much as possible, at great detriment to the surviving family members, not to mention the political stability of the region. it is unconscionable.

there has to be some kind of trusted international oversight (if that isn't a complete contradiction in terms) as i do not trust the individual politicians, to say the least.
