The odds are about 10-1 against that Eulex will be implemented in the north and the enclaves and you know it, so why make a fool out of yourself all the time?
Or is it to secure the liking of the albanian population in Kosmet so you can move on to more lucrative business after EUlex fails?

Three reasons for it:
-he isn't talking facts but exposes only his wishful thinking which makes him a 'chancer' and not a serious politician.
-Please take a look at 'European Lessons with Pieter Feith' on Youtube)
-he is overwhelmed by emotion
and completely unable to judge objectively.His wild emotions he tries to sell as a rational argument.
He shows the worst side of EU.
He should be replaced ASAP.
It's very simple: the EU is one thing, Solana is one man. Unfortunately Feith, as the EUSR in Kosovo, is the "voice of the EU". Tadic, as the signatory of the SAA to the EU, must fulfill all the EU "orders". The new order is: no opposition to EULEX in the entire territory of Kosovo. Now Tadic must say crystal clear to all Serbs, in Serbia and specially in Kosovo, that the new Serb Assembly must be disbanded. Otherwise the situation become very dangerous: K.-Serbs in opposition to Pristina and EULEX and, in an other world, Belgrade's silence. That's no honest from Serbia to K.-Serbs. The time of the ambiguity is over. Now it's coming the time of the responsibility of the State for all the Serbs, in Serbia and in Kosovo.
If Feith wants EULEX in all of Kosovo, he should be prepared to accept EULEX policies being filtered through the Serb Assembly institutions. Now depending on how effective the Serb Assembly is, EULEX can either be identical to that in Pristina (with Serbs at the helm), or neutralized altogether. We should have an idea by the end of the summer.

Didn't Feith also say the EULEX would be set up on the 15th June over the whole of the Serbian province taking over from UN in 120 days from the illegal declaration of NATO dependency ??? What a joker ! Still he seems to have Sediju sussed and easily convinced!
Why has Tadic not told this EU upstart that the EU few along with the US who make up the ICG must accept the reality that it has to obtain Serbian permission to legally act inside its UN recognised territory ?
