If Radicals wanted to make their point about Hague, its a pretty bad example...there is a different between lying and being mistaken about what someones job description is. People shouild read UN transcripts themselves to see what goes on (they are on net) in the courtroom. Alot of serbs found guilty in Hague are purely because of bad representation and advice. If anyone wants to look at who fabricates or lies, read the Seselj trial. My Seselj has been caught a number of times bringing up documents sent by "Belgrade" which were deemed forgeries.
I have to say I was suspect of impartiality of judges but after reading transcripts of some trials, this doesnt exist and is only fabrication by people who are not prepared to admit their own countrymen are guilty of brutal crimes. and that goes for all sides.
As for Hardinaj, witness killings are definately suss....but the court cant find someone guilty because of what the witness may have said. Its unfortunate definately.
Dr J. Levy.... "not a single witness has had anything to say that would be regarded as evidence in a US criminal court". Are you sure? I am assuming that you have read entire witness accounts in all trials and not just cherry picked quotes in newspapers? As for US criminal court....does anyone remember the OJ Simpson trial? yes yes, its easy to cherry pick aint it?
