EAR to allocate EUR 125mn to Serbia

I hope these aren't loans. Afterall, the EU consists of mostly NATO countries that caused millions of Euros of damage when they invaded Kosovo, that is made Serbia sign a UN Agreement after 78 days of bombing civilian infrastructure. The People of Serbia should not pay a euro in interest to EU banks for those repairs and also the ecomonic havoc caused by their sanctions.

Exactly Limited, This payment should be considered reparations for damage they caused to the economy.

During the bombing they claimed to be on the Serbian peoples "side" if thats the case why then did they bomb their homes,bridges,power stations etc..?
