It's fine if an Albanian ran for president. The problem is though, that the Albanians always prefer to boycott elections. You see, in Serbia, nobody is forced to run for president as it is a free and democratic country.
That would require an albanian to announce actually running for president, I haven't heard of any thus far so who's to complain? Maybe they are just thinking realistically unlike some other candidates from smaller parties who have no hope of ever winning and instead just serve as wasted votes.
